I rarely comment on anything but you saved me a lot of money. My bed stopped working shortly after I purchased it. I did everything that I thought I could do to get this bed to work for over a year. The warranty place said they couldn’t fix it. I injured my shoulder recently and needed to get an adjustable bed. I was almost about to order a new one when I decided to look on CZcams. I have a mattress firm bed and was not able to get assistance with pairing my remote to make sure it works 1 year later. I watched your video because I have the same power cord that says PAIR. Low and behold it works thanks to your video. 2 thumbs up.

We bought this and both remotes move both sides. How do you make it so each remote moves its own side independently?
The instructions really do not explain that enough.
Some adjustable bases have sync cables that connects both sides, this can be removed. You may also have to find the box underneath the base to push the restart button, It's very small. You'll need a tooth pick to press it with.
How to have the remotes work separately
Hello.
You will need to have the original remote for your adjustable base. I'm hoping you also have the instruction manual that tells you how to sync the remote. Sync the remote to the base you want to move independently from the other.

You should have a power harness (box with cables connected to it) attached to the bottom side of the base. Look for a very small pin size hole you'll need a tool that can fit. Some models have a sync cable correcting both that can be removed.
@Sean beds not connected by any cables i see there is a A bed and B bed with A being the main remote i think my wife has the beds and remotes mixed up and we have to figure out how to match A and B
@@wayne1362 have you tried locating the hard reset button? Most adjustable bases have this button that puts everything back to default or factory settings. If you have a model number or the manufacturer I can look into it.

We contacted the company sven they sent instructions how to clear everything still know luck we sent email they called us yesterday and talked us thru the process all is good had to unplug bedsvtake batteries out of remotes then repair each bed
