  • Batteries went dead in the remote the bed quit working it returned to flat and the remote was disconnected from the control box how to re-sync the remote to the bed

    I seriously owe this guy a beer!! I was getting ready to spend $150 on a new control box and $120 on a remote. Can across this video as a last ditch effort and it actually worked! Took a couple tries so don't get discouraged if you don't get it on the first go. Thanks so much!!!!

    Literally 3 weeks of sleeping flat because the directions say push and hold the button under the bed and hit head up feet up .. WRONG!! YOU SIR got it right and I thank you !

    Oh my goodness. I was at my wits end and then found your video. I could not find my paperwork. I called Nectar and they were of no help because they needed information I could not provide, since I could not locate the paperwork. Thank God for your video and I totally understand the like a car accident comment. Lol.

    Thank you! Bed's feet went up in the air sometime in the middle of the night. My poor dad couldn't figure out how to get out of bed! His bed is probably 30 years old, so wasn't expecting it to be such an easy fix as re-pairing the remote. Honestly this video is a God-send. Thanks again...

    Thank you! I kept trying the foot and head up, no beeps... When I saw your video, I remembered by brochure that came with the bed looked exactly like that, except I dont know where it is. Head Down plus Foot Up, and I heard the beep. Everything is working again. Thank you so much for posting!!

    Thank you SO much. Spent hours yesterday trying to get it to work and all the information I found online was saying to hold the foot and head both UP, not one down and the other up. I was already resigned to purchasing a new control box, thinking mine was fried, but thankfully I couldn't actually find my model control box anywhere. Tried your tip and was delighted when I heard a resounding beep. Everything is working again.

    Sir!!!! You have saved my back and I from a second night of painful sleep!! My remote stopped working yesterday and we have been tried everything that every video suggested. I even found the owners manual for my Craftmatic Legacy adjustable bed and follows its instructions….nothing. I called Craftmatic’s customer service several times…nothing. In a last ditch effort, I stumbled across your video. We followed your instructions and my bed quickly started to move!!!! Thank You so much for your help!!!

    ❤❤❤❤I thank you so much for this video❤❤❤our bed died in the up position. Unplugged then it went down and wouldn’t move. We have the analog system and it worked.

    We bought this bed for our mom and it just stop working out of now where, we couldn't find any paperwork on it so we tried everything and nothing worked so after months of nothing we bought her a new one but I took her old frame because it was still like new.     Thank you second time this happens to me and your video helped me remember, just a slight difference I don’t know why, on mine I have to press both up buttons and at the same time press and release the decoding reset button and we are good to go 😅 thank you

    Omg can I just say thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I had tried everything. Haven’t had this thing working for months. Came across your video and bam, fixed within 30 seconds. You are a lifesaver! I also couldn’t find the directions that came with it, so was going by the ones linked to the product on Amazon where I bought it and nowhere in those directions does it say anything about syncing the remote this way. They really need to fix that! Anyway thanks again for sharing!

    Thanks. This worked for resyncing the remote of the adjustable bed I purchased from Sams Club 4 years ago. First time I have had a problem with the bed, and of course I couldn't find the manual that came with it, lol. Thanks again!

    FYI if trying to pair two twin xl (split king) mattresses reverse the settings for the second mattress. Hold the head down foot up simultaneously. All smiles over here!!

    Thanks for posting this video! We never would have figured it out on our own! I do want to add that pressing the remote buttons and the button on the box underneath the bed should be done simultaneously. 🙂

    Excellent video. Only one I could find that helped. Key point not on the directions. You have to push the reset button while you’re holding down the head and foot buttons. Remote beeped and synced. Spoke to support and told them to add that little point to the directions.

    What I did was I unplugged it from the wall for 10 seconds then plug it back in and I held the head up button in the foot up button for two seconds and then reconnected it works!

    We have a split frame and need to sync both of the black boxes to the controller. Waving the camera over that paragraph is not enough. You could have minimized the "talking head" portion, and spent more time, zooming in on the page of the manual.

    Thank you for your video it was the help I needed. Also for anyone that is trying the instructions without any luck like I was the secret was taking a pencil /pen and pressing the button under the bed. I was doing it with my finger without any luck u til I took a pencil inserted after. Also if you are doing both beds sinc to one remote like I was once you have one side working you disconnect the one that works and do the same for the other bed once that one now works connect the other side and voila both sides are since to one remote. Hope it helps

    Nice to know... The Head Down button has quit and it appears that these remotes are permanently sealed. Battery leaked years ago and one of the plated through holes in the PCB has finally corroded enough to open the circuit. Will have to cut the case open to gain access to the board. A quick look on-line shows the price for these remotes to be insanely high. :
