We started with one small rental house ($26,500) and went from there. The best investment I ever made. Carleton Sheets changed mine and my cousin's lives. You may have wasted your money but it was a great investment for us.

I bought my first house with his system😂 and got 5k at the closing and all my bills paid at the closing g and lived for 3.5 years rent free and made a killing on the flip.
