I like the fact that you used endive lettuce. That's what my mom used, and so did all my relatives. And what you said about all the flavor being in the stalks of the endive lettuce is absolutely correct. 👍
Correction, you said the stalks of the parsley. I strictly use only endive lettuce. The stalks of the endive is where all the flavor is when just using endive lettuce with your lamb soup.
Using the stalks of all greens provides a beautiful depth of flavour!
That got me hungry!
Just get some ingredients and make it!! :-)
So you added cooled broth from dish to egg sauce. But this didn’t temper eggs. Then added this to hot dish?
