QuickBooks Online (QBO) Clean Up Approach (Start with Chart of Accounts!)

This is the first video in a series on QuickBooks Online Clean Ups... I cover the very first task that I do once I gain access to a client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) file and undertake a File Check-Up or Review. The Chart of Accounts (COA) is the most logical place to start, and I share where I initially go to look in the COA to diagnose some of the potential issues with a client record. NOTE: Some of these concepts can somewhat relate to QuickBooks Desktop clean-ups too.
