IF Ewers develops into the superstar qb that he should then yes they should be absolutely unstoppable with a elite offensive line and obvious weapons that they have coming. CJ Baxter is a future first round pick along with Blue who is on the way to being elite as at rb Texas should be in great shape. People will go crazy and get carried away with the sec bs but Texas has shown that shit don't faze them taking care of business in Tuscaloosa. Who really knows what's going to come with all of these contending teams though.
Yes, Blue is maybe the most underrated player in the country. I think he might be better than Brooks (we shall see).
@@treyb1919definitely not gonna say “better”. He’s a different type of back and can really make explosive plays with his speed but that doesn’t make you a better back. You’re not putting him in on 3rd and 4th and short where space is reduced and the box is stacked. He’s not hard to bring down in less space. But I think there is something to say about explosive RBs (like Jamaal Charles). I also think he’s underrated and gonna be electric, but I’m definitely not prepared to say he’ll be better than Baxter. Baxter is a super raw player who hasn’t gone through an offseason say Texas yet. His body is going to explode quickly and become a monster

Quinn made the progression this year but still cant slide to protect himself from injury . He played good against Bama and flashed in the B12 game with 35/46 452 yds , hopefully the upward trend continues and he plays lights out in 2024 .
This comment is on point as shit bro. I think a lot of it will be how much Sark introduces to his play book as well. I've seen Texas absolutely kill it in first half's of games but adjustments are made and Texas offense gets stale and teams catch up. That's partially why Texas secondary gets burnt Sark gets away from the run game and they have these multiple quick three and outs and defense has no time to rest. They have absolutely beast rbs they need to use them more and not rely on Ewers throwing it 35 plus times.

At this time of year, every teams next group of players is going to be the best in college football. We will find out right away when Texas plays Michigan in Ann Arbor. I think 2024 will be a season when no team goes undefeated. Texas should make the play offs. They probably win ten or more games, and they will be in. Then all hell breaks loose.

TX Homer here. But the ? is absurd. We're should be very good. We have the talent, we just have to get it together and make it gel. A lot of changes in skilled positions hopefully it gels. Without question Ewers will be more polished. I think Bond may be a slight upgrade over Worthy if he has less drops and Niblack over Sanders if he’s less injury prone.
What's crazy about this class is that they only brought in 22 commits this yr and still managed to crack the top 3 for a couple of weeks! Other than Ohio st most of the teams in front of them have about 4-7 more commits.
There no senior tape on Duboise or livingstone cuz of injury they both look promising and are both on campus already I believe and recovering well freddy was running 6 months out from surgery really incredible

Cedric Baxter and the fastest recorded RB in college last year in Jaydon Blue returning.
Johntay Cook, who was basically set up to replace Xavier Worthy? Speedster Isiah Bond? Elite 5* freshman Ryan Wingo? These guys are scary.
Quinn Ewers has ALL the tools. He’s got at least two DAWGS at every offensive position. We can’t say he doesn’t have help. He’s got plenty. If Ewers can work on his mechanics and accuracy on longer throws, no one is stopping Texas’ offense. NO ONE. They’ll be putting up at least 30 points a game like it’s nothing.

Stop. Texas had 4 tries from the 15 against a weak redzone D and not a great D overall amd couldnt get it done. Im a Texas fan. Our O line looked lost and couldnt block and through all that quinn still had a throw to win the game and didnt throw it to the right spot. Great qbs read and improvise. Front pylon. They beat Michigan because of run D. Which Washington didnt have and sark should have ran more early.
