Whats crazier is it was one of Coach Saban's assistant coaches turned Colorado on to Prime. Let's watch as the plan plays out, and I'm here for it
Colorado needs 8 or more total wins next season. 2 seasons of a high level transfer portal won't lead to better recruiting if they can't get a breakout season.
5.5 seems like a really low o/u. I think Vegas is underestimating the transfer portal and how quickly it can make a difference especially on a previously bad or mid team. 6 wins should be their floor this year.

Exactly! That's why CU Athletic Director Rick George hired Prime, to wake up the dead! No one else wanted the job nor could have done what Prime did aka 'The Prime Effect in year one. The last six previous coaches produced three winning seasons in twenty years. The 2023 team lost 5 of the 8 losses by 7 or less points. Which was an improvement over the 2022 team. They loss to Stanford and AZ (Ranked) by 3 points, and had they won those games and gone 6-6 and to a bowl game, the season would have been an overwhelming year one all around success. Still, yes they lost big, but the hype train produced money and brought in new and better players. On to year two. A 6-6 or better season in a must! The bad side to the Prime effect is the pressure to win now, not 3-4 years down the road.

I don't think Colorado vids are getting an insane amount of views anymore. I look at other channels and their Colorado videos seem to be getting the same amount of views as other big brand teams

The most immediate need would be Walker. Especially since he can do the downhill/old school MLB thing similar to the most recent Buffs standout, now ATL Falcon LB - Nate Landman, and has the sideline to sideline range and can come off of the edge.
To me , LaMason Waller has that dependability to make a play, and could potentially put on more muscle to make something out of nothing.
Aaron Gregory may end up possibly going to a perennial top five school. Whether or not The Buffs can reach those heights by the time he gets to college remains to be seen. He could be a potential superstar in Boulder!
Julian Lewis - he is creating big time buzz in Buffs fans’ circles. Lots of hope! The Buffs had Antwann Hill until he reclassed from 2024 to 2025 and there was a slight buzz on Bryce Underwood for a short time. Julian Lewis definitely seems to have the skill set to be in the pro style offense that Prime wants to run, and looked similar to how Shedeur performed in the TCU game last season.
Overall, I’d be happy to see any or all of them in Boulder. Montrez Walker and Julian Lewis should be high priorities for Buffs for the 2025 season, IMO.
Montez walker is only out there because he was down the list of the big boys. Watch the video about Proctor to see what this dude think about 3*'s. Colorado might be his best commitable offer.
Not a Buffs fan. But it feels like JuJu is gonna be a Buff. Hell have to wait longer to play at USC and until further notice, OSU, UM and Oregon are better BIG 10 teams. BIG12 is wide open

I love to see those Colorado Buffaloes win more games. They deserve it! They are wonderful. But what needs to happen College Football wise worse than those fine Buffs winning more games is those doping Oregon Ducks losing more games &/or this Nation & the NCAA taking action on that which should’ve happened way sooner. So before I can fully worry more about those fine Buffs winning more games. That other thing I said needs to happen worse than that. However! If we can see both happen! That would be a double plus.

Bruh you talking 🚮 at the 9 minute mark. CU is behind in recruiting. Coach Prime has only been in the job for 1 yr. So they have to work on flips. Most 5 and/or 4 stars are recruited since 9th or 10th grade so they have those established relationships.
And this applies to all new coaches that took over programs. Lincoln Riley is the outlier because he’s QB history.
Also 0 commitments for 2025… they are behind. Other schools already have at least 5plus.
