I always see these at the supermarket, but I’ve never made the purchase - don’t know why. But it was fantastic. Like your review, I found it so refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness and breadiness, followed by a clean carbonated finish. Cheers! 🍻
As an American, (born and raised in Salt Lake City) who has been living in beautiful, historic, friendly, safe and extremely affordable Krakow Poland since 2015, I am less than 150 miles from the Czech, German and Slovakian borders, and I have spent time beering my way thru 15+ different countries in the past 5 years, I have to say that as amazing as many (most?) Czech and German pilsners undoubtedly are, you ought to do yourselves a favor and try seeking out some of Poland's fine pilsner piwo (beer) , as they are truly world-class beers for lovers of light, crisp, drinkable brews that pack a nice kick. Polish piwo might just be the beer drinking world's best kept secret, but for those who like to try something a little different, I strongly recommend trying any you can get a hold of. (probably my three favorites are Namyslow Pils, Perla Chmielowa and Zwierzyniec Pils, but I don't know if they are exported) Na Zdrowie from Krakow, Matthew
Glad you still enjoy a "normal" beer now and again. It was far too long since I had a proper 7 minute poor (is that the spelling? Poar? ) in a real German bier stube.

How do you read the dates on these?
