- In part 2, my dad and I cut the new boat up and fit the bottom of the Jetski hull in place! Next we will cut and fit the running motors bottom hull and do the final fit and bolt it in, stay tuned!

This is awesome. Me and my dad have talked about making a jet jon out of our old ski. Thanks for posting videos of the process
Hilarious that two guys are engaging in a manly activity with "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" playing in the background.
I agree with the foam blending for cavitation prevention. Make sure you build that up in a "V" pointed shape like the jetskis hull, this would act as a "spoon" and although slightly decreaseing speed, it wont cavitate and that is a necessary sacrifice.
Looks great so far. Nice how you can kepe them super simple on the smaller builds.
Good nigth all guys!
excellent job. Congratulations. Please, I have a question: I have seen the turbine (jet) almost all out of the boat and I have also seen almost all inside the boat. What is the difference between installing in one position or another that I mentioned? Thank you very much, Cadu Berni, Manaus/Amazon- Brazil
Did you motor mounts hold up fine? You took a lot of material out from under them.
Y did u think u had to have the bottom of the jet sky lower then the bottom of the boat could of cut out pick up and exit for water saving the structure have the boat integrity there's only a 16th little more of aluminum between you and the water
hi did you finish this proyect i wish to see it workingi working on a similar proyect with an 587 rotax
Why not just mount the jet tunnel to the boat? I’m thinking of building one and wanted to avoid using the fiberglass
Did you finish the boat
