Love Calas De Mallorca - it was our first area we visited in Majorca and we fell in love with the island. The beach coves are incredible. I'll be back next year to this part of the island ❤

LOL thanks Tommy! I wish! Still I can't complain. Got my own travel show on CZcams! Yes, I haven't heard much about this resort either. Turns out I visited here the day after I was put on furlough from my job during the pandemic. We took a drive to the East coast and ended up on Cala Antena and Cala Murada (but shh, don't tell anyone that clip of Cala Murada was actually filmed in 2020) !

We are here at the moment and having a great time. We were at Calas Domingos beach on Friday and had something to eat in the beach club. Excellent and reasonably priced. We have noticed that most hotels must be all inclusive which doesn't help any local restaurants which is a shame. Anyway it is a beautiful resort and the weather is fantastic. Ian & Linda

We're here right now, staying at the Alua hotel as mentioned, two days after this video was posted . The village centre at Calas is pretty rough but in all other respects this review is spot on and you can trust it completely.

Was here about 20 years ago and not a place I'd return back to, but great to see the area again after all those years. Stopped at the Eurocalas hotel but I think it's changed name.

I can imagine... mine weren't liking those stairs either and I have no idea how I found myself a tthe bottom!!! A massive staircase like this is great for keeping the crowds away though!

I stayed here 1974 when the Cala Domingos was owned and run by Pontins (Pontinental) the main building though no doubt upgraded since then, looks pretty much the same

@@MallorcaUnderTheSun was getting off boat when it stopped by a jetty for people to swim & my knee gave way, luckily I was holding on to the guy helping people off which broke my fall but still grazed my knee, another passenger kindly had some plasters for the bleeding, I felt a right fool 😂
Love your chanel it had helped me a lot , i went to maiorca in the bigining of september and the majority of the places i visited was because of you,and also the choice of the area to stay (alcudia) , what i think you should talk a little bit more is the hotels, try to make a inside tour of some hotels i think would be good publicity to the hotels and good content for you ,i've stayed in vell mari hotel in can picafort , go check it out very pleasent, greatings from Portugal

Hi, how far is the walk from the alua sun hotel from the first beach you was at? I’m travelling here in two weeks
I am travelling here next week it looks absolutely beautiful I will be looking for an area with range of sports bars and restaurants I don't mind getting bus or taxi could you give me recommendation please ❤
There are a few in the resort centre (I've still got that video in the making), alternatively, head on up to Cala Millor and wander through to Cala Bona, both of which have plenty of bars
Do you know if there is any water sport facilities nearby please?
I remember you could rent paddle boards from the beach.... And there is a scuba centre too.
Where can I rent the paddle boards too?
I'm pretty sure I saw them on Cala Domingos, the main beach infront of the lifeguard tower!

brings back memories over 40 years ago ,is the marstenes or chawawors something like that ,over 20 of us 10 kids eldest must of been 12 if that, good days! transfer too far for me these days👨🦽

I stayed in the Hotel Chihuahuas a few times from age 11-15. Always loved it. Good entertainment and facilities. Fun staff. Was randomly feeling nostalgic about it, having lived in Australia for 10 years aged 34. 😂
