Very good video, helped me to replace three motor after the fan broke apart

My vacuum had the same problem, but I was able to fix it without replacing the motor. One of the three motor connections (soldered to the circuit board inside the motor) had a crack. I fixed it with a quick solder joint and the motor was working fine after that.

may I know whats your v11 problem?
My v11 indicator when i turn on is normal, but the motor did not turn ON.......is that same with yours?

thanks. I was lookiing into this vacuum costing $30 only, which they has a direct motor. turns out the motor setup is similar to this, however that can't be possibly brushless motor for $30. Im itching to buy the $30 and see the ins and outs of that newly posted/sell vacuum

Thank you for the video. It is really well made and very good for someone to disassemble it. My Xiaomi mijia vacuum cleaner seems to be almost the same one as Dreame V11 except it is in white and the screen is a bit different. It is not charging and the sceen shows Error 4 code. Do you know what dose it mean or how to fix it.

2:26 how did you take out the motor? It seems there is a lot of rubber tape around and I am not able to take it out. Of course, screws are removed.

My vacuum cleaner had a problem with the motor and still under warranty, the seller gave me a replacement motor but asked me to install it myself. 😫😫
