4:40 Rather than tell myself to get my head to my feet, I find trying to get my shoulders to my knees is better.
6:16 You mentioned measuring how far past an object you stand on you can reach in this position. In the ~5 weeks since then, I've managed to add ~10cm to that measurement (~28cm now). I have 11in p-bars I stand on and can just barely touch my middle finger tip to the floor if I pull hard enough.

hi, i stretched for 1 year until i can touch the ground with my fingers, but since then i am stuck for about 6 moths with no significant progress?
i stretch 2 times aweek, but haven't seen good results since i can touch the ground. any suggestions?
