- An instrumental version of the former Libyan anthem used in the old sign off for the Al-Jamahiriya channel. This is the only instrumental version of the anthem which uses all 3 stanzas.
Written by: Mahmoud El-Sherif, Abdalla Shams El-Din (1955)
Performed by: Unknown (1992)

We miss you Gaddafi. Hope that the Libyan Jamahiriya will return.
Gaddafi has bad man
Only States of Libyans know gaddafi
I hope the house of Senussi will return but of course, it won't, never will. I doubt the Jamahiriya will either.

This song will be that weird nostalgia for me, working casually while listening to this in the morning during quarantine 2020. It's a decent song for a secular, fair nation that endured countless attempts of destabilization until 10 years ago by you know who.
RIP Colonel Gaddafi. Everyone should take a look at the Green Book.
Be honest we all know it was the CIA/Mossad groups for national oil tycoonists.
Nothing gives more nostalgia than the 2000s
@@sonikkumania6917Where can I get it?
@@EasternComrade68 I downloaded it for free
Fun fact: The Al-Jamahiriya channel from the time of Qaddafi is still around, but I'm probably going to get my house raided because I went on their website.
Did your house get raided by federal agents?
@@4lexisdumb idk what will happen but I will check it
I´ve read that it is ran by Lybians in Egypt and bought by Jevgenij Prigozhin.

I’m from the west. Was very happy when Gaddafi was overthrown. I recently researched for my dissertation. Libyan civil rights weren’t great but it was Africa’s 5th strongest economy, most stable regime and citizens lived well. Now look at Libya. RIP Brother Leader!
Things are always worse, before they get better. Libya free forever.
@@clear7813 believe me, they are not free. They are still authoritarian but are also dependent on Turkey

@@clear7813 Yes, Libya is beginning to redevelop with a few clashes between Fathi and Debeybha, but we are making progress. Hopefully we can unite Libya again and end civil war for good.

Actually is pretty sad to think that it was such a beautiful country but now nobody knows that Lybia even exists.I can feel the Green Lybias glory by just listening to this.

Fact: the Egyptian musicians made this song when Arab armies banded together against Israel back in 1960s and 1970s, to become a Gaddafi anthem.
Well yes but actually no.
It was made in 1956 for the Suez Crisis/tripartite aggression by Egypt When the UK, France, and Israel attacked it.
The lion of Africa has to come back.

@Gungaginga To be fair it was Italy who colonised Libya until WW2 when the French took half of Libya.
I have no problem with it.
Because my country - France - was, and, UNFORTUNATELY, still is an imperialist country. Also, do not forget that it was Sakozy, the French President at the time, who destroyed Libya in 2011. He should be judged and condemned for this. I am fed up to see that France is still a puppet of the USA.
It was to define their distain towards western powers which didn't like Libya, and which Libya didn't like, especially America and Italy.
