- Today we got to be part of a very important day in Pokhara! The much anticipated Pokhara International Airport (PIA) is finally almost ready to start their service! We were the first passengers to take the first test flight on Yeti Air from the domestic airport to the PIA. A mere ten minutes super smooth flight with the perfect landing! SO many doors and opportunities are going to open with the start of this new international airport in Pokhara. Let's wish us all the best for its success!

As a pokhara lover happy for them, but as a ktm ko local newar, jasari hamro Ktm valley becomes worst city vako cha ahile tyahi bato ma pokhara gako dekhdai chu!!! Lakes , river fohor bandai gako cha, ban jungle patalidai cha, kankrit ko jungle hudai gako cha, belaima city plan garos, best wishes!!
She posted this blog on 23 DEC....And exactly after...23 days this plane crashed...😲...and that same Sunday morning I dreamed about my uncle he was sleeping on a bed and he was showing me his black colour trouser which he was wearing, and he was telling me that he bought this trouser in 23000 thousand...... 🤔

I wish there would be a direct flight from Pokhara to Bagdogra airport. If not that, at least let's hope flights from Pkr to Bhadrapur, so that we don't need to fly or drive to Ktm to take flights towards the far east.

Sadly this Yeti Airlines 9N-ANC Aircraft has been crashed in pokhara today morning carrying 72 people including 4 crew members i would suggest to use road route instead of air route 😔

When is the International airport due to open? Have any airlines advertised there routes yet? Will the old domestic airport close once the new airport is up and running?
Hi. Domestic flights are likely to start from the new airport from Jan 1st 2023. No international flights has been announced yet, maybe except Buddha Air flying to a couple of places in India. Not sure exactly what’s happening to the old airport afterwards.
