I believe when you decorate for the item count when you place one tree you can do multiple of that tree and it won’t count the extra of that one tree ( hopefully that makes sense ) same with your rocks, barrels, gazebo when you place one it counts when you place more of that same item it doesn’t :) but your plaza is gorgeous ! Great job !!
Yes I think the item count works like that. And also I think if you move flowers in build mode it gives room for more flowers to grow but I have not tested it fully yet. Love this video ☺️
I love the look of the rocks that you use I just hate the fact that you can't walk over them which is why I use the stones from my inventory instead of the furniture section

Unfortunately it does count for the hidden 3000 limit, which counts everything from holes to dropped items...

i think flowers just take longer to spawn i don’t think other biome flowers affect it
