@@all-pedal1543 Man, you got a do a series of pedals with this kind of artwork. Like some 60s/70s pedal lineups. It would be cool to have a pedal board filled with some colorful acid art pedals.
@@all-pedal1543 OMG that is THE best Pedal Design for me and the sounds are fucking awesome a shame i cant afford it. Will the microdose be just a speced down version?
Not a big envelope filter fan, but this seems like a good choice for someone like me. It does a lot of great sounds so it’s kind of a “one and done” solution. I’d get everything I could possibly need and never want or need another. More money for fuzzes!
Yeah there's a lot of different sounds with it, but, after my boss synthesizer, I don't feel I need it. It does give me the idea of combining an auto wah with synth. however.
Is it just me or can you get some fuzz tones out of this thing? And some synth/ start trek phaser sounds Sounds like you could spend weeks turning knobs (not a bad thing). Awesome demo!
I used to fuck around by putting a dirt pedal before an envelope filter. Got some tones that would reeeeeally cut through a mix. It turned into a loud ass high pass filter
It functions the same way for many instruments. I did just post a bass/drums version of the intro on my IG, which clearly shows the clean blend helping to preserve the clank of this bass. Thanks for watching!
Most definitely, I have the original and there are some dip-switches inside that make it VERY usable for bass. It's a deep pedal that sounds great with all kinds of instruments, but i mainly use it with bass guitar.
Looks and sounds like a great pedal. Brings together many functions found in other pedals (e.g., EHX Blurst and Maestro FSH-1) under one roof. I have a bone to pick, though. Judging from your sample here, like pretty much every other filter pedal, it does downward sweep poorly. Why do I say this? Guitar signal always starts out with lots of harmonic content and that content soon dies out. When a filter sweeps *upwards* , it "hides" that harmonic content and then accentuates whatever is left as it sweeps up. When a filter sweeps *downwards* , it starts out accentuating the harmonic content that is there at the start, and then continues to "hide" the little harmonic content that is still remaining, moments after the pick attack. The result is that downward sweep does twice as much filtering in the same amount of time, such that the sweep is jarring and just seems like too much. Simply swapping the begin and end points for upward and downward sweep doesn't cut it. The cure is to have the downward sweep start out a little *lower* than the highest point of an upward sweep, and also sweep a bit more slowly than it normally would going in the other direction. Having variable Attack/Rise time helps a lot. As much as people love the Mu-Tron/Q-Tron, that was one of the things I never liked about it, and sold mine (a Fernandes Funky Filer, which was a licensed clone) in the late '70s. The downward sweep just plain bugged me. I wish I had known how to redeem it back then. As an aside, Subdecay founder Brian Marshall was one of the "regulars" on the DIYstompbox forum in the early days, before he went into the pedal biz.
How many likes can I put on this one? I have ordered the pedal and just played around with it a while. Just became a Funky Reggae hero with my looper......
This could have been the perfect demo, if only you backed off the blend in some of the instantiations, to give a better idea of what this would sound like if you weren't just using it for Dead toones.
I like how this dude's demos start right off with the opening jam with the pedal that is being shown/demonstrated..... no talking or a bunch of BS.
Thanks! That was always priority one when I started doing demos. 👊
@@AndyDemos Andy, you da man son!! And you have gotten that title all with no pick! Amazing. :-)
fucking sick jam too... not your average guitar dad demo stuff. very cool vibes.
I'd have this on my board for the artwork alone. Yay acid!
Thank you!

I'm seeing trails man!
I'm digging the quack on this. You can easily pull Jerry tones and beyond from this.
Really nice, Andy you should have a pedal of the month club. I never knew I wanted an envelope filter before this demo.
We agree! That would be awesome!
I've seen some good looking pedals over the years but this, this is art. And it's hilarious.
Thank you! We try and have fun! :)
Wow, I literally don't know what else you could put into an envelope filter pedal. Well done!
Thank you!!
Make it MIDI!
Footswitchable up and down sweep, but that's really about all I can think of
Never has the name 'Tone Report' fit so well.
Sounding a little bit like Andy LaLonde in the intro there haha love it!
The few who got this joke appreciate it. That, and it’s true. Ler is a true original.
Wow, first original idea for this effect I’ve seen in a while. Very cool
Oh man, when he fretted those melodic dives around 01:10........ _i felt that._
This is the coolest pedal I have no practical use for. 🤩

Jerry would have loved this
I wonder if Zappa would have loved it
Would be cool to see some more these pedal demos with keyboard 🎹
Dammit, Andy...yet another step to the doghouse with my wife. I need this....
More people should be like Andy.

Just wait till you hear this thing with our Love Machine Fuzz!!!
Thats a fun must have. I want one. Very cool enclosure looks the way it sounds.
Thank you!
One could say. It sounds the way it looks Bruce.
“What are you doing, step filter!”😳
Bruh😂
Bro that sounds and looks dope literally 🎸🎶⚡✌️
Best sounding envelope filter I've ever heard!
I don't think it's the best sounding one but it sounds ok /I know that that is ur opinion and thats cool but I think it was a bit too shrill sounding
I'm just here for the tab.
LOVE those sounds; that 2nd, duckish sound :D ❤
all pedal the GOAT, i love their stuff, and the ART!? so dope!
Cool sounds and more!
Primus should love this pedal!!!!!!!!
Awesome! I want it!
Good playing, man
I love it
You kill the intro!!!! 😮🔥
Very cool! I don’t want one, but very cool!
I want it just because it would look cool. Do they sell prints?
Good idea, we’ll look into that soon.. trying to just keep building enough right now.
Follow up demo for bass?

Ha, I saw this and thought, subdecay much? Sure enough, yes. Sounds great but what about the children?
Nice try, but I refuse to like envelope filters. Ha!
