Ah yes, now that my old Northernlion East computer is up and running, it's fairly quick to export 1080p so I figured I might as well get with the times! My upcoming CK2 series will be in 1080p (except for the first episode) as well.

It's great seeing more strategy games added in your 'Let's Look At' series.
Just FYI, TotalBiscuit and I are playing and recording a match of this later today so there'll be a bit more of the game coming up, too. I'll do my best to show him the might of the Canadian military!
to beat the infantry campaign, rush. The AI begins without any units, meaning that if you are fast you can kill all the CV's (command vehicles) and win without facing any resistance
I figured out how to establish different points. Under logstics (LOG) the unit that has what looks like a tent with a star on it has to be placed inside of an area of control and not moving. Also, you have to kill whatever unit they have controlling that point to take it.
The map part of the "tutorial" (which is terribad btw) didn't even have that, the last part did.
The loud to quiet ratio of your voice makes it hard to watch on the night (first world problems) other than that, cool video!
You have a wonderful voice/personality for this kind of commentary man! I love this game and glad to see you do it justice here ; ) I know this is an old video just wanted to make sure you know you rock.
To be fair, in more modern wars, AA guns have primarily been aimed at helecopters in recent years.
Hitting a supersonic plane with high dispersal flack cannon isn't all that easy, some would call it a mission of luck (Look at the invasion of Iraq: The flack was going off constantly over the city, were any planes lost? I don't think there were any planes lost.)
Any sort vehicle based A2G missile worth its salt would be pretty dangerous to planes, mind you.

For a real time strategy it is actually pretty good. It's nice to have an alternative to StarCraft and nonetheless, you could probably pick up the game later for even less money on Steam (though that applies for everything).
Even though you don't like this game that doesn't mean that it's not someone else's cup of tea.

It kinda sucks that non - apm real time strategy games basically don't exist (outside of the Paradox Games)
If there was a crossbreed of this game and Crusader Kings II, I would never need another strategy game again.
Bit disapointed with you now showing the whool Deck builder which i feel is one of the strong points of these games.
time taken to finish an 240p movie with 25 minutes duration for me is 30 minutes, 5 minutes waiting to buffer ...

Have you decided on a Count/Duke/King yet. Otherwise you should try King Ivar the boneless. He is pretty hectic and intense to play with.
Thanks NL! I just hyped about Wargame Red Dragon to a buddy of mine and he said he doesn't think it's good, so I looked up a review, found yours of Airland Battle, and yeah it seems I'll find this game very cool :D

Piss off. Price does not really matter as long as the game's good. I would gladly pay 60 dollars for an indie that I love and I consider had some effort put into it. Like the game I gave as an example, it's called Mars: War Logs. It's a 3D game, that's what I appreciate about games, when you make a 2D game in 2013, it'll be absolute shit in my book. 2D is the past. 3D is the PRESENT! And it's proven, with the game I gave you, that with a little work you can make a good 3D game, CHEAP to develop.

Northenlion and his blobbing tactics. Some of those jets might not even had guns to shoot ground targets so that's why they just evacuated.
