This song could not have been performed any better. Led Zep is still THE best band, no other compares with Plant on vocals, Page on guitar, their tracelike rhythms, and the way they switch up the beat during songs is incredible. What I remember most is how APESHIT the crowd went when Percy blew his nuts all over that bridge. It got LOUD. He knew deep down he was never going to be doing it again in this kind of setting and he totally emptied the tank. It was majestic.

They were absolutely 30 watt amps. The sound engineer for the concert did an interview with FOH Magazine where he talked about it. There is also video on CZcams where reps from Orange talk about the amp (Orange AD30 that they built for Jimmy for the show). Anyway my point was more how surprising it was that he didn't use the Marshalls at all.

I saw them 8 times in the 70's. But... I never got to see Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, or The Beatles live.

Interesting to note that Jimmy was plugged into the Orange 30 watt amps, and not his Marshalls. In fact, he didn't even have the Marshalls turned on.
it seems the DVD/BLU-Ray release has been delayed indefinitely due to a leak of the rehearsals. Such a shame because there are so many who want it.
