Hello, thanks a lot; great presentation as usual for you ;although I think the CT of caput medosa does not have ascites, it should be fat pad ;because it is located between abd. muscle and skin and is not intra peritoneal.

Collaterals develop if the pressure gradient is >10 mm Hg. At 20 mm Hg the chances of rupture is very high.
