Even though Lele looked nervous and stumbled here, this is still one of the dances I come back to watch because I think it’s fun and I like the song, choreo, and costumes a lot.
Can people stop blaming Brandon and his choreography? Sometimes the dance style and song don’t fit a celebrity and there’s nothing a pro can do. Brandon is a phenomenal pro

I frankly think Lele got a raw deal being paired up with Brandon. It seems like he's not giving her choreo or coaching that can make her shine. I always forget she's there when they're recapping everyone, which I shouldn't be because she has a lot of personality and a lot of talent that's not being harnessed effectively.
This is Brandon's 6th season as a pro. He should know how to make his partners shine by now. But he's never placed higher than 9th, and it's not like he's always stuck with clunkers as partners. He had Tinashe, a pop star, and pop stars are usually layups for pros. But they only got to week 4. And I know that season was kind of a disaster in general (that was the year Bobby Bones won) but still.
If Lele had been paired up with Val, who always has great chemistry with his partners, or even Gleb, who's sometimes had great success pushing his partners out of their comfort zones, I think she'd be doing a lot better.

I think Brendon is still very unproven as a pro. Both Tinashe and Jordin Sparks has great potential, but he couldn't make either of them shine.

Well, this was her weakest so far. She seemed super timid on stage. However, that still does not mean I think she is bad. She's amazing. But she needs to be less tense.

I think the problem here was the choreography but it could also be the song. I don't know that there's a great way to do a cha cha to Super Freak but whatever it is I don't think the problem was her

Thank you I’m glad I’m not the only one. She was thinking so hard her face was a stone. Not having any real fun. Her body was stiff she seemed so uncomfortable. Crazy since she did so great at the Samba routine.

I think Lele should’ve been with Artem. He’s so good a capturing the essence of all his Partners and with great choreography. Brandon has had a lot of good partners and they all fall short.
I’m thinking she’s not the best at the faster dances, but she did so well the past few weeks when the choreo wasn’t too fast

She’s good but something is missing. Choreography in all of her dances could have been better as well. I feel that Brandon is the one to blame. His previous partners like Jeanie and Jordin all were good but didn’t reach their full potential like they should’ve. I think Lele would’ve fared better with Artem or Val.

@@damianroberts4878Tinashe was amazing and was eliminated too soon, I think she was by far Brandon’s best partner.
Technically, Jeannie Mai had to step out due to health reasons, so we can’t really blame Brandon for that season since we didn’t really see if her dance potential was fulfilled

That was hard to watch. She looked so stiff and uncomfortable. Face just stuck, totally missed several moments of body movement and full leg extension. Rooting for you Lele! You killed it in your Samba routine! Let’s bring that back 🎉

Lele is a perfect example (I mean I don't know if she has any dance experience? Or if she only dances the funk on tiktok.) ....But perfect example if she does have any, that once you're out on the floor it's nerve racking and even the best dancers can fudge up!

Not her best but not her worst either better than Tango week 1 I think she did better with Samba last week though. She needs to work on her leg action, she's good at shaking it but its the extension through the legs and timing that needs some finesse

I don’t know she seemed off, she was not having a good day. You can see it in her face, she wasn’t her bubbly self. She was barely forcing a smile.

And a very kicky girls, Lele Pons of CZcams fame can't get her toes to the floor with her partner Rick James type, Brandon Armstrong when the judges called her a Super Freak by Rick James recording for Gordy Records. It pickled up a lot of surprises before MC Hammer say You Can't Touch with a mix of Super Freak from that Rick James and Temptations 80s beat and then turned hip-hop saying it's Hammer Time. But back with that 1981 hit where Strahan said to the Social Media star and Latin Music Artist that it was strong , it was smooth, it has aggressiveness to it. He added that she was better than alright to me. That girl was kinda kicky and they said girl's a thing we'd talk about. Rod Stewart called her a Soul In The City......
Her leg work was very weak, Brandon needs to learn how to hide his pros weaknesses and build on their strengths which he still hasnt realized.
