That Max last second knockout still gives me goosebumps every time I see it, and it's been about a hundred in the last week.
max’s first knock down too
@@supremesoups1984delete this...
@@supremesoups1984You mean that slip? Sad try with the bait.
@@KingKirbzzzI mean, while it wasn’t an official knockdown, it was definitely not a slip lmao, it’s not bait
@@KingKirbzzz that comment is bait but we gotta be honest. That was and shouldve been a knockdown. Im glad Max still has his perfect ko/kd statistic though 😂
The crowd singing Zombies song in signapore is one of my favorite things ive watched live. It was a beautiful moment.
IN YOUR HEEEEEEEEEEAD
And compare that to Glover retirement in Brazil....
I get chills ever time I hear zombie now after that
i was crying
It was crazy
Strickland yelling at Izzy in the final moments of the fight is undervalued lol
I was looking for this comment. 100% agree.
Yeah that moment was nuts. Even as an Izzy fan that gave me goosebumps. Just yelling in Izzy’s face and absolutely piecing him up.
hearing leon’s coach speak to him made me feel i was right there definitely a moment of history
CMON LEON, STOP FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF. Those words played a part in winning a title. Legendary moment.
The perfect speech. Remind Leon he's better than he thinks, lay the facts, create a sense of urgency, let him know what he needs to do and a final encouragement. A coach can make or break a champion. Leon's definitely made him
@@branlopgarLeon’s biggest enemy before that fight was himself . Now he knows he’s the best he’ll be unstoppable for a while
One of the moments of all time for sure
@@kianking5601if he gets off his ass and fights lol most inactive champ ever 😂😂😂😂
Robbie lawyer spitting that blood 🩸 after eating a head kick
Far and away #1 moment for me
I didn't think it was possible to like or respect Lawler any more than I already did, then he did that, and he became one of my favorite fighters ever.
Lawyer really shook the court with his concluding arguments 🤯🤯🤯
It was in the number 1 list of the first goosebump video.
The UFC's Frank Castle. Robbie "The punisher" Lawler
Jon aniks reaction to Leon Edwards is absolutely legendary
“AND NEEEEEWWWWWWWWW”””
*voice crack
And to Brandon moreno
I still think that that was a fluke call. I guess it is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. His Masvidal-Askren and Usman-Masvidal calls were way better, in my opinion...
@@siliziwencanywa1138cool story
@@draincatYT Great rebuttal, Bro. We learned quite a bit...
Rogan absolutely losing his mind during the Peña win made that moment legendary 🔥
for me it was that guy who tweeted that he bet 300k on nunes
Robbie vs Rory 2 is still the best fight in UFC history. When Robbie spit out the blood and stared down Rory is hands down the most goosebump inducing moment Ive seen in 15 years of watching.
I've been watching for 20+ years and I agree. Amazing moment!
I thought 2 years ago you were bound to run out of top 10 lists soon. Nope. Goat MMA channel 🐐
Nah Fam!!! There’s lists on lists on lists and even so you can always do a repeat list with a slightly different title and theme.
Best Championship Moments
Best Championship Fights
Best Championship Performance
Best Championship finish
Or each weight class or of the year or decade or country etc…
Always brand new stuff coming too. For Example if Conner wins you have a new top 10 comeback fight top 10 best layoff performance Top 10 non title fight main events. Etc..
Ngl man. That Holly moment got me choked up. She was the happiest person in the whole world in that moment. It’s infectious.
She has such a great personality, she's had some ups and downs in her career, but you gotta love her.
As a Newer MMA fan, that Edward's Kick is by far the craziest thing I've ever watched live. It was the perfect moment to why Sports and competition are so beloved
I've been a fan for about 20 years, and it's one of the craziest things I've ever seen. The stakes, the stage of the fight, how heavily Usman was favored, the execution, everything about it was incredible.
That Zombie gave me chills again. Thats my number one moment
I went thru a 2 to 3 week time period after that fight that was similar to post-911 where I was just obsessed. I'd listen to the song every day the way I'd get home from high school back in 2001 and go straight to watching the news... 😮 I think I was in a state of shock both times. Shock and mourning...
Goosebumps? Watching that Justin vs Max fight was draining😭like mentally I was shot, I couldn’t even fully react to the Alex vs jamahal fight😭I LOVE THIS SPORT
Don't forget about Jiri's epic and triumphant comeback to redeem himself after a loss to Poatan, ironically.
Leon crying on the phone talking to his mom gets me every time.
Same when Usman met Woodley’s mom after beating him for the title.
Being there live for Zombie’s retirement was truly one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Whole crowd was on his side.
Robbie went out like the gladiator that he is, to a crowd cheering his name in victory
He and GSP may have had the best two retirements of any UFC fighter ever.
Watching Holly's octagon interview after Rousey always makes me tear up 🥲
I liked after she realized she just won the belt & did the excited step like holy shit I'm the champ 🏆
when Holloway pointed at the ground and said to gaethje "stand right here". and they swung hard for those remaining seconds is what got me
Very risky and reckless...and legendary. Ilia would never have the b@lls to do that or to even challenge a LW like Gaethje.
Thankfully it ain't about you
@@Butterkoekjes very vague , wanna elaborate?
I stayed up all night to watch the zombies final fight. I was delusional dying from lack of sleep and bawled my eyes out when they started singing.
@CS-ko1zqyou’re missing out brother.
I teared up seeing that lawyer montage in person. One of the best moments ever.
We as fans have been blessed to watch some of these guys and gals compete. Warriors - every single one of em!
By far the most difficult sport to be a professional at. The only one that takes actual bravery to step in that octagon alone every time.
@@GengoSenmon No kidding! Modern day gladiators!!
#1 - When Harold Howard said, "if you're coming on, COME ON"
That’s a saying they have in Canada don’t you know?
And right before that he called it the "Utimate Fighting Challenge".
"Pull that shit out of the fiyah..!" The English accent definitely adds to the moment!
It's Carribean-English like Top Boy
Robbie got the send off that most fighters can only dream of. That hit me in the feels too. Well earned
It feels more impact full when you remember he was cut from the ufc at one time and had to earn his way back, not only did he do that, he earned his way into the HOF and our hearts
A lesson in choosing the honorable path. He never sh!t talked anyone. He just came to fight and win with glory. Very good karma for him.
I was there LIVE at 129 when Randy retired. Up in the 500s. That place shook during Randy's post fight interview. I never thought a building that size could do that.
You can't be an MMA fan and not a Randy Couture fan, it's impossible.
@@theywouldnthavetocensormei9231 Tell that to petty Dana White.
Brandon Moreno coming to terms that he was the best in the world always gave me goosebumps
I woke up, ran to the tv, turned on ESPN + and prayed I didn’t miss Max/KZ. When I turned it on it at the fighter intros were the fighters. When zombie was making his way out, I teared up, and sang Zombie in my head all day. Rewatched it a ton. It was like a beautiful poem. Lol
I remember waking up at like 5 in the morning to watch the ufc card where tkz retired and pretty much anyone else I know who watches ufc slept through it but I'm so glad I didn't. That was probably my favorite ufc moment I've witnessed live.
The way Tommy describes Holly’s win reminded me of when Brandon Moreno won against Figgy for the undisputed title. The way he was unable to momentarily process that it was real was awesome and gave me goosebumps there
especially jon anik’s “no way!!!” after leon’s head kick. goosebumps
I almost cried at damn near everyone of these entries. Fantastic video !
100% agree with the #1
I was walking to the baseball field earlier and was just questioning “was Max’s win better than Leon’s?” And i just couldnt say yes. It’s close, Max is a close second to the head kick heard around the world
The whole crowd was chanting “ROCKY! ROCKY! ROCKY!”
Literally nothing could top that
That Leon Edwards KO of Usman is the loudest scream Ive ever scrimmed! lol! SPOT ON making that the number one for his vid.
thank you for this. it relit so many of my favourite memories from this beautiful sport
Great video. Thank you for the continued high quality entertainment throughout the years 🙏
Momma Woodley talking with Usman post fight is my favorite moment. "Take it to em."
edwards' and max's ko's are 2 of the most insane moments I saw live since watching this sport, both at 6-7am but still the adrenaline I got from those, howly shit, the only 2 moments I had to go lay down on the floor because I couldn't handle myself lol
“YOU GOTTA PULL THIS SHT OUT THE FIRE!!!” gets me pumping every. time. DAMN
takayama vs. don fry deserves a shoutout
Zombie and Lawler both choke me up. 2 of my all time favorites. Absolute warriors
I’ve never felt more like I was with the crowd in the arena than I did in tkz last fight. I didn’t see most of his prime and of course respected him a lot but damn seeing him go out like that actually made me cry. Such a beautiful ending and the singing made it that much more of a moment. Best post fight moment ever imo
Biggest chill I got was from number 1 so... I agree, great video as always
How can you not include Izzy vs Poatan
Good point, I'll remember that moment and the bow firing post-KO forever.
I actually got chills watching every single entry on this list, well done!
Cruz winning the belt from TJ was big too! The build up was great and just the whole story line of Cruz coming back was amazing
i made my friends who don't usually watch mma watch UFC 300 with me, Max Holloway made 6 new fans that night
That Max Clip has me in tears bro every time greatest moment in MMA history
I was in Salt Lake City that night !!! The arena BLEW UP!!!! It was deafening! So awesome, it was my son’s 1st UFC event . Great pick for #1
I cried when zombie retired. Beautiful
Bisbing winning the belt was one of those moments for me. Such an underdog and he had been around for so long. I spent so many years hating him too. We got to see him fight on the show and then over 20 times in the UFC, seeing him finally get a belt was just a great feel good story. To find out he did it with one eye makes it even more wild too.
That Leon head kick was definitely number 1 for me. It was literally like a movie HEADSHOT BANG
Leon’s coach and Mickey’s speech back to back made me cry in my car right before work.
You’re welcome for blowing the roof off of the place when Usman beat Masvidal. My father and I went there together and it was AMAZING. We happened to be from Jax and when they announced the first public sporting event since the beginning of the pandemic would be in Jax, we couldn’t resist. Man, I’m glad we didn’t.
Leon’s octagon interview will never not give me full-body goosebumps
I remember seeing Edwards vs Usman trying to get my friends into mma. The entire 4 rounds before the 5th im telling people, yelling at the television that we’re not seeing Leon be himself. “Let yourself go, THROW!!” And then everyone knew it’d lead to an inevitable decision.. I heard John Anik’s quote come through seconds before like the last bit of hope and then Leon changed the game.
My jaw dropped and I was frozen in awe!! LEGENDARY comeback, perfect coaching telling him exactly what’s on everyone’s mind and he pulled off the impossible in the last minute.
Then the emotional post fight interview where he shined so bright “LOOK AT ME NOW!! The Belt Belongs to no one!” After seeing Usman go on about p4p before, It felt like truth prevailed and we all became champions. It was the most Epic conclusion to Rocky’s fight that night, I don’t forget it.
I’m glad you included Zombie’s retirement. That one had me all choked up
Awesome list!! Thank you!
I think we’re prisoners of the moment and need to recognize Leon’s KO was the most impressive of all time. For a belt, against a guy who hadn’t lost in ages, down on all the cards… pulled It out the fiya.
In a fight that he was a minute away from losing too.
I'm so happy you brought up 261. One of my favorite events.
Not having Jorges devastating flying knee ko is criminal
Goosebump moment for me has got be Darren Elkins comeback win against Mirsad, the sheer emotion Elkins displayed, battered, bloody, and beaten down, it was a primal reaction when he won and leaves me speechless every time I see it.
For me personally, the sub finish with a minute left to go in the 5th in the absolute WAR between Jiri and Glover gets me every time. One of the greatest back and forth fights of all time with a heroic, outlast the other man, last ditch effort submission to win the title by Jiri. Made me a fan for life. Such an entertaining fighter. I hope he can get that title back again in the future.
I'm teary-eyed again after watching Zombie's retirement fight, the entrance, when the crowd singing Zombie makes me emotional
Leon’s head kick still brings tears to me eyes. The greatest sports moment in history.
i think nothing will ever touch that leon ko that feeling i had watching the fight live thinking “usman did it again it’s time for him to move up or retire” to watching that ko was pure euphoria the way the living room popped off when it happened was so special like nothing else ive ever seen especially at the pace the fight was going at we were all just expecting it to go to a decision then boom flash ko seeing that was beyond special followed up with the post fight interview “HEADSHOT DEAD” i really think it’s going to be a super long time till we see something like that again
Gamebreads flying knee was insane!! One of my greatest moments as a Mma fan and to be in t mobile arena when Max did what he did is something I’ll never forget!
Julian's perfect round doesn't do anything for me compared to any of these other moments.
lmao okay
Robbie's goodbye was a rare and beautiful gift from the blood gods, absolute legend
Moments like these remind me why MMA is the best sport in the world.
DDP winning the belt was massive for me. My love of MMA came from the early days of EFC and it absolutely blows my mind that one of the youngsters I used to watch now carries UFC gold. He's all over the place now and I think it's doing a lot to make people aware of MMA in South Africa.
I know this one is 3 weeks old, but I wanna say I love all your videos, especially TTH. Thanks all!
The list is perfect! ❤
Leon knocking out Usman is THE greatest comeback in a fight I’ve ever witnessed. He was a defeated man, until he wasn’t
Charles winning is on my list. I’m only 1/4 into the video but Glover winning the title was also a big goosebump moment for me. Maybe it’ll be in this vid
That last zombie walk out was insane the way he went out was insane too
Got chills literally for the entire video
4:23 solid reference 😂
I remember doing peak lockdowns (maybe during the summer?), I saw a tweet that said something to the effect of "idk where you are, but if you're feeling depressed, just remember one day, we'll see Bruce Buffer in a packed arena, and hear him scream "It's Time" again"......shit gave me chills and made that Usman/Jorge card that much more special
Watch both Leon vs usman and Max vs Justin live both great moments and some of my favorite
Great episode
each one of these almost has me in tears
Every time I heard Edwards’ coach talk like that I tear up. It’s like a father talking to his son.
Another great video
Imma miss the ruthless one. So glad he obtained gold. Dude put the time in. As well as a shit ton of blood.
Leon’s knockout is the best I’ve ever seen
Holloway vs Gaethje should be at the top of SO many lists, including this one. I will not change my mind. Or rather, I cannot wait to see what could possibly happen to make me reconsider.
The audience chanting "Robbie" at the end of Ruthless Robbie Lawler's final fight was a beautiful moment.
Some honorable mentions:
Minotauro vs Bob Sapp, Anderson Silva's first fight against Rich Franklin, BJ Penn choking Matt Hughes, Forrest vs Bonnar.
Man, i love this sport
Leon’s Comeback was LEGENDARY!!!
Jones waking out to coming home is a definite honorable mention so much tension built up to that return
The Zombie one still gets me. So much respect for Holloway after that fight too.
This is a great list. All of these gave me chills. Zombie made me cry.
Lmao I ended up crying again when you played Zombie’s bit 😂 I can’t ever not cry man
Great video, guys ❤
Jon Anik's comment right before Leon landed the kick was so poetic.
Just seeing these short clips of Zombie (one of my favorite fighters ever) retiring brings a little tear to my eye
This sport is so incredible. Those who write it off without giving it a shot are truly missing out.
Tommy your the fucking best my brother 👍 thank you!! I appreciate what you do ,,you help me so much just to get through life 👌✌️ love you mate
Head shot dead and everything the corner said still gives me chills today
