Still more accurate than COD Vanguard 😂😂😂
I would love to see a video on traps through out the history of war, from ambushes to spike pits to landmines.
They already have 2 videos on booby traps.. they have a ton on guerilla warfare. ❤
I like how the thumbnail encompasses the RPG feel
Ye lol
You guys should a a video on the 3rd Servile War - also known as the War of Spartacus - showing his conquests against Rome, and how his armies met their eventual end.
Can you guys cover Guerrilla Tactics in history as a video? It would be great to see when it started and how it’s used today in the 21st century
@Repent and believe in Jesus Christ Preach friend, but rather than copy pasting the same paragraph you should make your words more personal & select a verse fitting for each individual you speak with
Oldest ones I know were both against Rome. Hamilcar in Sicily (240s BCE) and Sertorius in Spain (70s BCE). There's gotta be older examples but those are pretty famous 2000 year old campaigns.
@@Derandino too lazy
Yes! Guerrilla tactics n warfare would be an interesting video for sure...
@@geordiejones5618I think the siege of Jericho could be considered guerrilla tactics. They did an episode on it in "Battles BC"

This channel’s videos are excellent, and it’s really nice to have a big long compilation of some of the best bits. Know I’ll have a informative and entertaining next 40 minutes.
It's a great channel, informative and entertaining, I hear lots of teachers play their videos in class and people enjoy them. That's hoe you know you're doing a good job
@Repent and believe in Jesus Christ your sky man isn’t relevant
The one man tank had mudflaps!
Every player in every RPG wears a wacky combination of armor with the highest stats in the game and I absolutely enjoy it
Perfect, I just watched Real Engineering's vid on the M1A2 Abrams which went fairly deep into the armor plating.
This video compliments that one perfectly.
The M1 Abrams was developed from the failure of the MBT-70 project to replace the obsolescent M60 tank. There are three main operational Abrams versions, the M1, M1A1, and M1A2, with each new iteration seeing improvements in armament, protection, and electronics. Extensive improvements have been implemented to the latest formerly designated M1A2 System Enhancement Package version 3 or SEPv3 and M1A2 SEPv4, respectively versions such as improved composite armor, better optics, digital systems and ammunition.[10] The Abrams was due to be replaced by the Future Combat Systems XM1202 but due to its cancellation, the U.S. military has opted to continue maintaining and operating the M1 series for the foreseeable future by upgrading with improved optics, armor and firepower.
@@aM1AbramsTank I bet you're a blast at parties.

Congratulations, Simple History. You have a new Twitter follower.
I've watched these documentaries for years, and they never grow old.
I watch them time and time again.
And there are some particular documentaries that you made that I find true favorites:
1. The Great Emu War
2. Periscope Rifles
Oh, who am I kidding? They are all favorites!
One of your videos Gave me A 100% in history thank you
Love ya vids man
Awesome job!
This video has to be one of my favorites from this channel! WW1 had soo many variations of warfare and has to bee the most interesting modern war by far!
The thumbnail is my load out
Very good job fellows throughout the 5th war games week of said April!! Bravissimo y'all.
I would love to see a video on bear traps through out the history of war, from ambushes to spike pits to landmines.
Turns out those helmets are always a good idea, contrary to Hollywood historiography
It’s amazing. I blink and there’s a new video. Thank you for everything you do because you are bettering society
Very interesting, as we advance technology, we fall back on much earlier concepts in war. We just don’t realize it. WW1 was an interesting war to research, technology advanced, and we had to adapt.
I’ve learned so much from you so keep up the amazing work
guy in thumbnail is just a character from gate😭😭
With the exosuit from lockheed martin armor may make a comeback.
Nice work on armor
Loved this.
can you do a video on italy’s best fighter planes of WWII?
I already know this videos gonna be fire

Enemy Juggernaut
These compilations are great, but why does the title of them not always match what is shown? First item in a list of armor types is a weapon?
Thanks!
Hey Simple History! Could you do the uniform and kit of a U.S Marine during the Battle of Iwo Jima?
Battlefield 1 showcases the blunt force weapons really well
Very cool
Thank + Joerg Sprave and the catapult channel wasn’t around in Germany 🇩🇪 during WW1 👍
does anyone else find some of these animation characters hilarious asf ???🤣🤣
the thumbnails always get me
I was going to buy an EOD suit but they cost 30k….
Another Repost compilation... It's like everyone besides the editor quit and he's riding this gravy train into the ground m
That thumbnail cursed
Idea: Do the kandahar giant
I miss the people who puts timestamps for this kind of compilation videos,
where they at?🤔they're the real heroes in this channel lol
I love watching simple ads. Its so educational on all the products i have no interest in. CZcams is getting ridiculous at times ads every 2-4 minutes of video
Imagine being a german defending against some Americans and suddenly a knight with a machine gun comes and wrecks your day
Finally My favorite topic, armor
One, two buckle my shoe😩
Bro put in a game reference
Até que enfim o vídeo sobre remake um do vídeo da história dos capacetes E agora temos atualmente história das armaduras
Medival
weapons were outdated but highly affected
Does the EOD armor protect from the bomb is it anti bomb proof? Like a direct it??
Nope. It offers some frag and blast protection, but it is mostly just for deceleration injuries.
Wow this channel is fuckin spectacular
The thumbnail was like : When you only upgrade the weapon and chestplate
The one time someone got the fact that chain mail was heavier than plate right
Awesome
Please consider making a video of hand weapons used in the past, as well as any contemporary warfare. As a Navy corpsman, I saw a few mercs and spec ops carry what could be a modern version of the Tomahawk?
Roman legion in a juggernaut armor
With a .45 acp handgun
This video is fucking awesome

Armor in history: starts with medieval weapons in ww1
simple history has 2 art styles
1. "I am not a circle on a head, I actually have a jaw."
2. "DEAR GOD WHY WAS I BORN THIS WA-"
Destiny ahh thumbnail
Technology always lead weapon for warfare.
I do not get it. Every video here or other history channel put always ads for some website that has videos about history. I always got this ad and was not interested. The second my friend asked me about the link - I do not see anymore this ad. WTF
Then there is the Warhammer 40k armor....
I've seen armor, back then, before BC. Soldiers in christ time, the way men fought back in war. In the 40s, 1942, soldiers uniforms had weapon straps and pockets for bullets. Today, in 2023, modern uniforms for soldiers in military have best suit ups. I kinda like it, but gun usage? Maybe not, but men at work use it, police do it too. What fun
Yws

As a war of thunder user i can confirme.
👏👏
Hi
Why dont you start from stone or bronze age rather than ww1?
Because this video is just a compilation of older videos about armor they made
Click bait video.

Ngl being in a tiny suffocating tank is way scarier than being on ur feet lol… u cent run.. ur a huge target. Planes can bomb u to death haha. Ur slow and ur the biggest target on the battlefield.. in a primitive still being tested vehicle😂 seems like u had to have big balls to be inside that thing on the battlefield… while all types of artillery/small arms fire is being rocketed at you all day. Extremely scary.
What the 😂😂😂😂
