Ich wusste nicht das er ein Problem mit drogen hat, aber das ihr das so öffentlich macht und das thema so ansprecht ist das mega gut. Dann überlegen sich manch andere Menschen ob sie noch einmal Drogen nehmen sollten. Ich finde es Super das er jetzt Clean ist weil ihr seid eine mega Familie.
Ich finde es super das ihr so ehrlich und offen darüber sprechen könnt und diese Geschichte mit uns teilt. Man merkt das Louis sein jetziges Leben mit seiner Wundervollen Familie noch mehr zu schätzen weiß! Ihr seid super! ♥️

I didn‘t expect it to be that dark, sad and overwhelming to hear because you‘re a really nice person and if I just met you I wouldn‘t expect you to have such a story. I really appreciate you taking your time for talking about this and I‘m looking forward to hearing more of your past.
I think it would be interesting to know how the relationship between you and your family was during that time (if it‘s not too personal) and how your faith played a role in that.

You right now BUT i really appreciate it, that Louie spoke about this! I can imagine that wasn’t easy to speak about it! Its the Past but a Part of Louies life…. Obviously. Everyone got some Fails in the Pastlife…. But the Meanthing is to come out of it.

Thank you for sharing your story. I'm glad you found sobriety I know it's a difficult journey to get to. I had an ex boyfriend who sadly succumbed to his addiction. I've worked in the recovery field since 2010 working at residential and outpatient rehabs Paterson, Morristown and now Ringwood and see the clients daily struggles.
So sorry to hear that 😔 its a tough battle to fight and sadly people dont know how to fight it! Give them Jesus! He alone can give them the strength to beat this for good 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Ich kann das Video leider nicht zu Ende sehen, weil das Thema sehr traurige Erinnerungen weckt. Ich habe meinen Bruder an Drogen verloren, er war 28. Und Vater.

War schwer für mich zu begreifen. wenn man ihn kennt oder kennen lernt dann denkt man gar nicht dass er mal alles sowas mit gemacht hat.
That is a very interesting point. Louie always says "Painkiller" (in German "Schmerzmittel"), which is nothing special for a German, because the typical painkillers (in Germany) are, for example, aspirin and ibuprophen.
BUT: in the USA, the pharmaceutical industry has used aggressive marketing to ensure that doctors also prescribe painkillers containing morphine and similar substances, so-called opioids. And these painkillers in particular make patients addicted very quickly. This was one of the main reasons why there is still a huge drug problem in the USA. This aggressive marketing led many people to become addicted who were not normally at risk, they actually had a good life. But through hospitalization (where opoids were also given) these people could become addicted without knowing it. When they came home, many of them had already been given withdrawal symptoms and Louie himself knows very well how quickly this can escalate. These drugs are not approved in Germany.
