No you cannot. Transfer can only be made from a 1st world country (UAE,Spain,UK,USA,Canada,italy,portugal etc) to a 3rd world country ( pakistan/india/ghana/bangladesh/srilanka etc). The sender has to be resident of his country of stay with a valid id and proof of address. The sender connects his debit card to his taptap send account ( this is not like easypaisa/jazzcash where u have a wallet). The receiver does not need a taptap send account to receive money. Money is sent to the recipient through the following methods ( Direct bank tranfer, Mobile topup like easypaisa , and cash pick up at a bank supported by taptap send
If wrongly selected bank name as AbL instead of UBL then what should we do please anybody help. Amount has been debited from sender account please help me out😢
Ya initially taptap was popular and now they started cheating. They dont give 2.5% that Bangladesh government give to foreign remittance. They use their partner islami bank and islami bank not providing 2.5% to our respective bank. This is a shame how they partner with such bank and cheating with us

if the amount has been deducted from the customer ( based in 1st world country) and the recipient ( from a 3rd world country) does not receive the amount. The reason is sometimes the Screening of the user identification is completed but the transaction is not dispersed. This is caused by multiple reasons( fraud check/ security check at the backend/ KYC check / Proof of Address check etc). Mostly the issue is resolved within 24 hours otherwise it can take more time ( depending upon the country of the recipient). lol, hope this helps

depends on the scenario. agr wrong person ko payment krdi tou not possible. u have to contact that person personally as taptap send is not responsible for wrong bank id. Otherwise, if the customer needs a refund , it is not guaranteed . However in this case, the request is escalated to the taptap send team but it will likely not be refunded..
