አዲስ አበቤዎችን ያስጨነቁ ከቤት ጋር የተያያዙ ግብሮች

በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ተግባራዊ እየተደረጉ የሚገኙት የቤት ጣሪያ ግብር እና የቤት ሽያጭ ግብር ነዋሪዎች ከፍተኛ እዳ ውስጥ እያስገቡ ነው። በዛሬው #ፈራንካ ዝግጅት እነዚህ ግብሮች በድኾች ላይ የሚያደርሱት ጉዳት እየከፋ ሳይሄድ ህብረተሰቡን እንደአቅሙ ማስተናገድ እንደሚሻል ጠቁመናል። ክፍተቶቹ እና መፍትሄዎቹ ምንድን ናቸው? ይከታተላሉን።

What is also upsetting and unfair is that these taxes will not go to make people’s lives better, like improving city infrastructure, community services, schools. etc etc. But to make parks and and palaces
