Makes me remember when I saw his "Goodbye" video and I was so scared he was leaving CZcams... no, it was goodbye to the house, and now we have a "Hello", and it is awesome. Keep it up, Kurt, you are such an inspiration.
I felt the same way when I first saw the goodbye video. I literally screamed out loud “NOoooooOooo!!!!!”. One of my favorite CZcamsr’s! And one of the first at least 5 people that I have been following on CZcams.

Your new house is gorgeous! And there is definitely room to grow if you guys decide to have children at some point 💖💖💖 I bet the housing market in Nashville was better than LA. At least from what I’ve noticed buying a house a couple hours away in Alabama you can get more bang for your buck!
I hope your stuff arrives soon and you and Patty can start to unpack and decorate! Getting that done is always a huge weight off of my shoulders. I find moving super stressful 😅
Beautiful place but what's more beautiful is how talented Kurt is. Man, he's got such an ear for making music out of the little things. I'm so impressed and envious when I can't even hold a tune, he makes incredible music. Mahalo and stay health.
