My favourite is the doctor who werewolf figure it's so good with great detail and good articulation
Robo Bossk Totally agree!
Robo Bossk
Absolutely!
I have no idea how it skipped this list. I was literally wanting werewolf figures and could find none of these, but the Dr Who guy was there to be had.
Yeah, the only really sucky thing about that guy that is he can't turn his wrists because they're only on a hinge, but other than that: Bloody fantastic figure from one of my favorite episodes (even if he's a biiiiit too tall for his intended line, tbh)
I'm surprised you didn't slip Cap-Wolf in there. I certainly would've thought Captain America + werewolves = one happy Dan.
"Nuclear Laser Powered Execution Police" nearly made me spit out my cereal.
I've got Ray Parker, Jr. on the phone. We're working on something.
I really want to see that series though.
I would watch an “Everything Busters” sequel to Ghostbusters. Egon dies in an accident. Ray goes crazy with power trying to right the loss he feels. TO THE FANFICTIONATORIUM!
It doesn't sing as well.
Mike Kaess Why not Monster Busters?
We need an update with NECA werewolf in London, Cool Models werewolves,… and how creatureplica stands up to them. Thus far Creatureplica is still my favorite.
That number 10 looks good, looks like a friend at work during lunch.
Character Options' 2007 Doctor Who Werewolf. Stands about 8 inches tall, loads of articulation and detail.
Also, I'm claiming bonus points for being in the short film on the Dog Soldiers' DVD.
OMG that has to be worth 10 internet points at least! Mind you I'm now thinking of "Hot Fuzz" ..."She played a cadaver on Dog Soldiers"
My nephew had a good werewolf action figure from Doctor who. When David Tennant was the Doctor. How comes that's not on the list?
I would love for you guys to do a top 10 creepiest/scariest transformers figures. Keep up the great work!
I think the Punisher shapechanger they featured in another video would make the list, a gun barrel unfolds from his crotch.
The doctor who werewolf toy is rad. Great sculpt and articulation
The GHOSTBUSTERS WEREWOLF toy was ma freaking toy of choice!
I'd completely forgotten I had that and I'm now extremely sad that I don't have it anymore. The same thing happened when you galaxy did a vid on the madballs and I remembered the skeleton one with the flying head off his body. I want them more than anything now
American Warewolf in Paris, great movie and such amazing visual effects
Props for the McFarlane Monsters mention. I was able to snag both series and love 'em. Great list!
Thank you!
Number 7 is my top choice. Glad it made the list.
Creighton Chaney took the stage name of Lon Chaney Jr. and later he was simply billed as Lon Chaney. He was a horror legend who, at one point or another, played Universal’s big four (Wolfman, Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, and the Mummy). He also starred alongside another film legend, Burgess Meredith, in Of Mice and Men. Now... I know you’re running a toy channel, but if there’s ever a reason to discuss Rondo Hatton... go for it. Fascinating dude. Solid video man.
Thanks!
Mezco Wolfman is definitely my favorite of all time. Its sculpt and paintjob are incredible!!
I was expecting Cap-Wolf to either win or at least get mentioned but i'm not mad he was not here because that left room for other figures.
Great vid as always.
Look, as much as I like Cap Wolf but, it's just a head. If he had wolf hands, a tail, wolf feet, then yeah, he would have been a lock.
And now neca gives us the kesslerwolf....40 years later😂😎👍
Horrorhound is also the mascot of Canada's answer to Fangoria magazine. Pretty sweet gore mag, even sweeter "mascot-as-toy"! Ps, a Wendigo fig would RULE.
Did The Monster Squad film ever have a toy line? What a cool flick. Another great cinematic werewolf (and there were loads of them) was the one from Waxwork.
I really like this channel and I found it by accident. I love how they keep the mistakes in the video. It shows that we are all human and we all make mistakes and who cares if we do just get up and try again. Thank u for the awesome videos.
I had all those Kenner Universal Monster and had forgotten them. Thanks for the reminder.
You're welcome.
Awesome! I only knew a few figures existed but not the rest. I have GOT get me some of these figures.
But what about An American Werewolf in London figure? That Werewolf wad the scariest one I’ve ever seen. To this day I never stray from the path on a full moon. Thanks Dan. Can’t wait for your album to drop. 👍
To my knowledge, there are no official American Werewolf figures.
Werewolf Han could've been a honorable mention in the Halloween costume list too :)
Enjoyed this one a lot guys! Super glad to see Oz from Buffy on the list!
Excellent. Thanks for watching.
Dog soldiers a great movie love it one of my favorite werewolf movies . Howling my favorite werewolf movie ever
I absolutely agree with both these statements!
loved Dog Soldiers, wish there was a sequel.
I just stumbled on Howl recently. If you liked Dog Soldiers, I think you really would like Howl. I did. Basically Werewolves on a train, i thought it was interesting because, in horror movies, the people who do the stupid things like not killing a person whose bit, fate usually ends up like rewarding them for their humanity. In this movie though, they realistically die due to their stupidity, it's a refreshing change of pace.
Jack Russell, Werewolf by Night figure in a four pack of Marvel monsters, with Frankenstein monster, Dracula, and Simon Gareth Zombie. I have the werewolf and Frankenstein monster are on the good guys side of my made up Monster Squad team.
Great Video!! I love the Wolfman!! But I am loving Steve the victim even more!!!!!
I'm missing his lower leg part.
I differ from an assorted quantity of your choices, but I do agree that the Creatureplica Louisiana Rougarou, Horror Hound, and Ghost Wolf deserve the # 1 spot. I mean, those figures are just stellar in their sculpt, paint, and detailing.
The creature replicas are fantastic I'm glad you mentioned them I have a few of those figures.thos was a great video. Thanks.
I didn't know about them until I was doing the research for this video. Definitely need to get a Horrorhound and Rougarou.
These are good figures. But I would include the Werewolf from Marvel Legends Toybiz Monsters pack. That´s a great figure.
Quality content dude
Awesome, I love werewolves 👍👍👍
Damn! Ultimate Source’s 2016 Killer Instinct action figure line Sabrewulf didn’t make the list! You’d love it, Dan!
The Horror Hound Figure is also based off of the mascot for Horror Hound Magazine and Conventions. Great company!
Ah cool, I didn't know that.
glad to see the Dog Soldier one
This was just the video I was looking for as I was looking for a decent Werewolf figure for my collection. I ended up getting the Ghost Wolf Creature replica figure (A all white color variant of the Rugaru) and i'm very happy with it. There's also the 1/6 Coo Model Monster Files werewolf (although it's expensive now), and lastly , just recently Mcfarlane Fortnite figures released Dire. There was Also Marvel Legends Monster Pack featuring Werewolf by night, which i probably paid more then i should but is really nice if you like the Wolfman esque look for werewolves more.
Great show. Lol. Thank you
You're welcome.
3:54 Funny enough this is a good indicator of a positive work environment. "Hey Steve, check out the new werewolf figure. The tree opens up too."
*office struggles to keep from laughing, except Debbie who thinks her friends are being mean
Get a Toy Biz Marvel Legends Beast figure and custom paint it brown/black and you easily have the very best werewolf figure. :)
No Leo as the Wolfman? That figure is all kinds of awesome. Plus bonus points because his shirt teeth and eyes, if I'm not mistaken, glow in the dark.
Another cool canidate could be Wetorks Werewolf from the Wetorks comics series. Not much articulation, but it was pretty sweet looking.
I really like the Sabrewulf Killer Instinct figure from Ultimate Source. It doesn’t have a lot of articulation as their figures are more of an inbetween of figures and lower price point statues, but the detailed sculpt is really nice and comes with a cool display base
Lots of detail in that one. VERY limited on articulation, but no more than some of the ones that are on the list. Good pick.
I think the McFarlane's Monsters Werewolf from 2002 is THE BEST depiction of a werewolf in any medium! It's a gory imagining where the wolves are literally ripping through the body of the unfortunately afflicted man. You can look that figure over a dozen times and still find another detail to marvel at
It's pretty cool. Good for those 4" scale figures.
oh not that one- i was referring to a 7 inch scale one from the 2002 McFarlane's Monsters line. It is insane!
You went with one Toy Biz werewolf figure and it wasn't their version of the Wolfman? Beyond that, it feels like there are a lot of worthy entries that didn't make the cut in favor of the space-wolves, neither of which was an impressive figure in the first place. Feels like there are a lot of choices that both fit the list and were better in both sculpt and articulation.
I'll mention that I completely forgot that Creature Replica was a thing. They fizzled out so quickly despite having some interesting stuff.
How about the Darkstalkers Jon Talbain from Toybiz, neighborhood of 2000? Great figure and came as a two pack with B B Hood who was in turn armed to the teeth.
I love how the remco figures from the 70s actually looked like just a dude wearing a wolf man costume like they would look in movies at the time.
They're so incredibly charming.
Werewolf by night marvel legends Monster 4 pack figure. I saw a old review for it on Shartimus Prime and went searching for it on ebay.
Hope more models of this series will be make.

Looking at this year, I'm thinking now would be a good time to revisit this list.
And, YEAH-WHERE IS CAP-WOLF?! Definitely more appropriate to this list than the SW figs!
So happy to see the 2006/7 Dr Who lupine wavelength haemoveriform figure getting some love in the comments. I had an insatiable passion for that era of Dr Who and an equally massive collection of figures.
The LWH was the only werewolf figure I owned until a couple months ago when I preordered the NECA An American Werewolf in London ultimate Kessler wolf figure. It's a stunning and very well articulated figure that feels so weighty and well crafted in the hand. I'd recommend it for any lovers of the 1981 cult classic. 🐺🌕
10 best army builders
Totally heard "undiluted beer" instead of "fear"...still applies.
Thanks man, I'm at #1 and #2, I sculpted both the Diamond Wolfmen as well!
Wow! It's great that you actually saw this video. Thank you for all your work. But hey, I need to know: how DO you pronounce your name?
Toy Galaxy it's pronounced Jene St. Jene, but everyone messes it up, no big deal.
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian werewolf figure is one of the best by far! Great detail, sculpt and decent articulation
Man, I'm way behind on Werewolves! I only have the Ghostbusters Werewolf, Manwolf, and the Marvel Wolfman! Actually glad about this video, because I couldn't remember if that Werewolf was Ghostbusters or TMNT.
Thanks I've been trying to look for a werewolf. Good before and thank you so much my favorite one is ghost wolf million likes on that one for me
Wasn't there some big fuss over the "Steve the victim" thing? I seem to remember McFarlane getting some flak from some uptight parent group who (ironically) had issues with a dismembered human included as an action figure pack-in.
Sounds like something that would have been a thing.
Stan Winston had a Sweet set of Werewolf Figures too..
I think they were were-cats weren't they?
The werewolf in the Wetworks line from McFarlane Toys was superior. It could be posed standing or on all fours, and had cybernetic metal claws.
thank you
The Luke Talbot monster force figure was awesome too!
This is cool
Thanks for watching.
OMG IM ROLLING: "F-it we'll do it live"!!! HILARIOUS SIR!!!
Would love a Warwolf marvel legend
Same, but which Warwolf?
I would.. well will Add him to my Marvel Legends Collection, I need me a Manwolf soon! 😍
Were is marvel legends monster pack werewolf by midnight
He's in the 11-20.
@@SecretGalaxyTV where would the dr who one be
Apparently the Buffy-verse has multiple types of werewolves. The Lon Chaney style as seen with the character Oz, and a Dog Soldier style werewolf as seen in a episode of Angel, I forget the character's name
I love your videos. Do you have any good suggestions for a substitute MCU Fenris Wolf?
You left out the werewolf figure from Dr. Who, that fig is 9/10.
Got the ghost wolf figure and I love him. Exactly what I was looking for in a werewolf figure. Also you can get them from Creature Replica directly and it's probably the cheapest you will find the figures out there. If I had the money I would get all 3. I don't have the money because I also got the Monster Files Werewolf 1/6 figure, which is also amazing and a shame it's not on this list.
Cool
Thriller video scared the crap out of me when I was a kid! And then Vincent Price's voice...It all freaked me out.
I'm not a fan of Generator Rex but the Biowulf character from that show had an awesome 3 3/4 robotic wolf like character which would have been awesome to of had with your Joes back in the day!
The Mangler" Spawn Series 7
He was alright, surprised the other werewolf from the twisted horror or whatever didn't even sniff the list. Not only did it feature a totally messed up werewolf, it also had three variations of it in various stage of transformation. That twisted over designed werewolf would have made my list, or at least gotten an honorable mention since I like my werewolves as werewolves.
YES MAN! Such a beautiful werewolf! MAybe not optimal articulation but a badass overall design!
The figure that launched my interest in figures. I only watched this video to make sure it was of course #1, then to find out this guy didn't even mention it.
Plenty of figure, not a lot of action....heh! Defo an 80s sounding rock album. :)
No Leonardo werewolf? Ha. Actually, what will blow them all away is if that American Werewolf in London figure line finally makes it out. There were prototypes at one of the big cons... last year I think, and they were phenomenal! I really hope to see them soon! I heard they were expected to be up for preorder sometime this month. I forget the company name, but there are videos of the prototypes here on CZcams!
Micheal Jackson's Werewolf scared me as a kid too!! I was also afraid of the movie, An American Werewolf In London!!🐺
Stan Winston's Werewolf figures from the 2000s, if I recall correctly, were rather interesting...
You might be thinking of his cat people Realm of the Claw.
@@@SecretGalaxyTV: no, they were called the Blood Wolves...there were about four of them. I'm not sure on the dates, but anyway, here's a link about them...
thetoybox1138.blogspot.com/2012/10/blood-wolves-stan-winston-creatures.html
Some figures I would like to see tackled are the Creature Commandos from D.C. Comics. They had a Frankenstein, werewolf and vampire that were soldiers in WWII.
Great vid, i LOVE Werewolves. But a Action Figure that should be on that list is The Werewolf from Dr.Who Action Figure series. It's so awesome: great sculpture, great paint and good articulation. Ahhh, and BTW: You should binge watch Buffy, the first season is harder to watch (low budget and the "We don't know we're gonna be renewed" feeling) but the second season till the end is a masterpiece.
42bits
For sure..and Angel is even better. Plus it's a show at that just gets better and better. In this case, the spin-off certainly succeeded the original as it was far more mature.
Agreed!
are you guys maybe going to do a list of marvel 3.75 inch or even review any?
ps I was also very scared of thriller.
#1 Would've been Whitewolf's Werewolf: The Apocalypse figures had they not been cancelled. Also, I 'm surprised that Stan Winston's Bloodwolves didn't make this list.
As commented, the werewolf from the Doctor Who line should have been on here. Probably the coolest looking werewolf figure ever! If you need a 6" scale werewolf for any of your displays, he's you dog. Plus it doesn't have that goofy 'wolf head on a human body' look. The Mangler from Spawn as mentioned also should have been on the list..along with the Funko ReAction Wolfman figure. Oh, not to mention that 1/6 werewolf figure made a few years back. Don't remember who made it..but that thing is a work of art for sure! Might beat out the Doctor Who one. Nice try Dan, but no cigar lol.
Mangler? I think you need a timeout.
Oh another figure i stumbled across. Iron Wulf from Marvel Super Hero Mashers Monsters. Sure it's a kids line of figures and cartoony but it's also a metal mandibled biker werewolf who fights with what looks like a battle axe guitar.
The whole video I was waiting on Cap-Wolf. Also, why hasn't anyone made the Micheal Jackson Thrilled Werewolf action figure? That would be pure gold! Followed with Zombie Micheal.
Dan, can you do a video on the Walgreens exclusive Transformers? They seem cheaply made to me and I am curious if other collectors feel the same.
Great video as always
Look, as much as I like Cap Wolf but, it's just a head. If he had wolf hands, a tail, wolf feet, then yeah, he would have been a lock. The Walgreens TFs are not good. My curiosity got the best of me and I picked up Jetfire. It's worth $5 not $16 or whatever it is.
Dan kicks ass and chews gum at the same time.
I need a jacket like Dan's
McFarland werewolf should have been number 3 or 2. Perfect for Gi Joe's diorama...
I had the Ghostbusters one as a kid. No idea what the hell happened to it.
Haven't watched yet, but xevoz better get a shout out!
When Dan said I’ll do it live, all I heard was Bill o Riley screaming, “I’ll do it live!!!”
You may need to update this Top after the recently released werewolf action figures
Came here to see the Wolfcop figure, leaving saddened...
;p
my favorite werewolf is SabreWulf from Killer Instinct!
Approved!
John Talbain from Darkstalkers would kick his ass werewolf who uses multiple martial art styles nunchaku and magic ? No contest.
I'm a huge fan of werewolf movies and own all of the best ones.
Unsolicited top ten Werewolf move list:
1. Wolf
2. American Werewolf in London
3. The Wolfman
4. Bad moon
5. Ginger Snaps
6. Ginger Snaps 3
7. Ginger Snaps 2
8. Teen Wolf
9. Howling
10. Van Helsing
But honestly out of those moves only the top 3 are truly good.
I still haven't seen Teen Wolf 2. Pretty much the same as 1?
Toy Galaxy Not in the slightest. Lacks the fun, heart, and better cinematography of the original. Much better dancing though.
It's unfortunate how poorly represented the werewolf is in Hollywood in comparison to other traditional movie monsters
Can you guys post an isolated pic of that Ghostbusters poster "Nuclear Laser Powered Execution Police"? That is so funny!
Ya that Michael Jackson werewolf freaked me out too when I was a kid. That was wild
It'sthe shot of the hair growing on the side of his head and his ears. I always thought something was leaking out of his ear and I was like: "I'm out."
My favorite type of monster
Wonder if creaturereplica would do a Jersey Devil figure?! That would be great.
No Cap-Wolf?
It's my understanding that they were going to continue with the urban legend creatures so here's hoping.
Look at Jean st jean’s Instagram page. He’s the sculptor and has recently said that there’s going to be a reveal soon... i know he’s definitely working on a jersey devil figure. I’m super stoked. Hopefully this helps!
