great design, but who fitted that flooring? It looks an absolute mess with cracks/raises between herringbone planks, really needs re-doing.

The kitchen could be better the sink area and storage for cookware and tableware would be inadequate for a dinner party unless you had it catered and that would defeat the purpose of a dinner party a gourmet kitchen would be better so you could entertain business clientele and friends and occasional out of town relatives. Whats the use in having a nice Parisian apartment if you don't show it off and let your people enjoy it.

What’s extravagant about those light fittings. Baccarat or Lalique would be extravagant. These are simple and tailored.

Reception room is not in private dwellings, but in offices. Please stop saying “your wooden floor” etc. it is a slang.
British term of reception as defined by the dictionary "a room in a private house suitable for entertaining visitors."

european houses and apartment are so flat and hugly. For some reason developers think these grade school ugly construction is appealing and starting to adopt the garbage from europe. I bet its cheap design makes it look more spacious which leads to better profits for the developers in the US ...
There is not terrace just a gally balcony. The artwork is just junk.
Horrible decor! It looks so cheep and tacky, get all the stuff out before selling its doing no favours.
