Lol! I live in Meridian, Idaho, and there's only one Filipino restaurant in the whole state. I think for most Filipinos living in the US, setting up a Filipino restaurant is risky. Especially since it's not your typical "white people" food. Though I'd imagine it'd be more appreciated in Texas.

Good thing the gentleman insinuated that just because the presentation appears to be eaten using the hands, you can still get a plate, spoon and fork to eat them.
