- Here is my Rogue Whisperknife build for both multi target and single target damage! This allows you to maximize your damage with capping all your offensive stats to 90%. Keep in mind of group optimization and certain content specific bonuses you may want to use. I cover what to use in the current Endgame; Wildspace towards the end!

After using both assassin and whisperknife. Whisper takes the cake. Ranged in end game dungeons with squishy characters is very helpful in avoiding certain mechanics

I wonder if u can help us set stats on other classes
If you throw your owl after your encounters then it won't hit in time for sod , if you throw after your artifact but before your first encounter , it hits around the same time as your mount/daily so actually gets added into the full drop sod
You have x2 sod. If it doesn't get in the first, it gets in the 2nd

Really thanky for your work. Just one question. Your Builds are always with 2x tact but just the demon Wings are still availible. I cant get the other 2 Mounts and they‘re just 3 with taction. what set up is the best without 2 tact (for now)? Thank you really much 😊
it should work fine with just 1 tacticians

no, spined is for aoe, wererat is only single target
Aragon I just obtained the pack with the 5 golden companions. Should i choose for my dps chars the Golden Cat or take a mythic insignia? Currently for my utility i use wizards bonus +3.8 Ca/+3.8 Crit.Strike.
not the insignia. The golden companions are very valuable.
Cat if you play DPS, Deep crow if you play tank and Bulette if you play healer
Any other races to suggest? Something different? i don't like wood elf so much 😂
Got question when u first started the build which did you pick Dex and intelligence or dex and wisdom? Which of the two u selected first

For WhisperKnife, in mod 27, is that build still viable? Haven't kept up in 2 months. Ik they tweaked some things but still played the same and was still on top dps.
(Blade flurry, smoke bomb, vengeance pursuit, tons of stealth)
M27 build still good yes. But for powers you are better to go path of the blades instead of vengeance for multi target

Wouldn't it be better to use return to shadows in the aoe setup? Also just got back into Neverwinter after a while are the journals still good to use?
no, one with the shadows is just better

the same as the arti call.

Is this build only possible at the very endgame or something I can use while gearing up aswell ?(30k ilvl atm)
you can use it, particularly the power setups. For the gear, well try get anything that gives you as much offense stats as possible

Is the detector set the go-to over masterwork just for the single target still?
yes, especially for whisperknife
Pointless going detector don't listen to anyone telling u to use it in ST or Aoe. The stats are awful on them as your forte is already got power combat there. I get 5 90s using mythlar on aoe with dmg boots mdp rings and dmg shirt with AP arms.

Why Dark Reimbursement instead of Hidden Attacks? Isn't Hidden Attacks simply better? 25% off stealth cooldown on stealthed encounter use vs 50% flat reduced stealth cooldown? Or does Tenacious Concealment not stack with Hidden Attacks at all?
Dark Reimbursement gives 25% stealth instantly.
Hidden attacks does stack with tenacious, but results in the same stealth regen.
Base regen time = 12.5s
Powers and abilities that add +50% stealth regen stack up and reduce as follows depending on the total:
+50% = 8.33s
+100% = 6.25s
+150% = 5s
Additionally you no longer lose any stealth when receiving damage
So you go from 8.33s to 6.25s, which a 25% reduction to the time to gain full stealth. So adding +25% stealth is exactly the same thing, except allows you to get into stealth faster when your shadow of demise triggers at the same time.
@@Aragon- Hmm didn't think about how it would interact with a another stealth on hit restoring feat. I assume you meant one of third column and not shadow of demise. Thx.
did you replace shroomwood set just for extra 1500 IL? i don't think it worth it, because you lose 7,5% accuracy and 15% recharge speed, and this is huge amount of stats comparing with 1500 IL
Spelljammer is way more than 1500il. It is a very powerful set for damage dealers. 7% accuracy is nothing compared to 7% forte, ca, incoming healing. 15% recharge? sure its ok its not really needed on Rogue as you are balancing your encounters with your stealth. The recharge helps only between arti calls and if youre running 2 tacticians its not needed for arti calls. Many end game Rogues use Spelljammer or even Demo set.
@@Trick_415 7%? how? you can get only 3%, with 3 skills.. 15% recharge speed gives you 11 sec cooldown instead of 13, if you think it doesn't matter, okay) but if you use skill often you deal more damage, this is a basic logic
@user-zh5bo3tz5x how? The spelljammer gives 1% forte, ca, ic h for 10 seconds. Max 7 stacks. Do the math. It is way easier to maintain the 7 stacks on Rogue than the Scintillating 3 stacks. If you actually watch the video of whisperknife Aragon has 6 stacks by the end of the arti call. So on a boss fight youll have the 7 stacks going pretty fast and maintain easily.

For AOE, wouldn't u want to do pob first for better burst? Pob would be useless in third rotation in a team. It procs way too slow. That's why I use dot first
I use smoke bomb first, cause otherwise you could end up dead xD
I've had it too many time an enemy jumps me in the new dungeon and kills you in 1 hit cause you did Potb first
If the devs work like Aragon the game will be in a better place 😉

Does whisperknife have any animation cancelling?
no, other than using the daily power after you cast your mount, to shorten the cast time of bigby's hand
If on controller, you can spam your Cloud of Steel and push your left analog back and forth fast and it will animation cancel most attacks/abilities and causes you to "spellweave" or light attack weave FYI if you are too rough you can break your controller or cause stick drift
How many wildspace damage items can you run
boots + 1 other
are the Duergar weapons any good?
For support, yes. But not really for your own damage
@@Aragon- ok. a buddy of mine is new and playing a rogue wants to spend in the trade house for a weapon. mirage or duergar? or is the stormforged weapons better for him from the campaign?

Detector set for TR your asking for trash rotation and dmg on SOD. I get average 18mil in the new dungeon with my setup easily. U use your mount after shadow strike for the 40 percent buff from ambushers. Then owl and lashing imp.
ambushers does not effect your mount
@Aragon- with that setup u loose dmg especially on 3rd boss the up time is awful on detector either way
there just really isn't anything better for neck/waist set atm. Demo set if you can cap your stats, would give +1%
I am however looking into the new set from the dungeon, cause the bonus does actually upgrade when you upgrade the pieces, and you should be able to stand still for your burst, generally.
@Aragon- not realistically. If u sit at a dumby hitting it sure. In a dungeon it's either mythlar or marilith or shroom that has some sorta purpose.

Stay on aoe setup and switch to single target mount, and Batiri bonus

@@Rot502 switch loadout when you get to a campfire before the boss. Yes you can watch my gameplay of the new dungeon. You do switch before each boss!
so I got the new uncommon belt from doing HE farms, it has the set bonus of rejuvenating rune, or something of the sort, it didn't look that good and I just want to make sure that it isn't, thanks!

Most overpowered paragon paths sucks on ST but for AOE god tier lvl
whisperknife is insane on single target.
What a shame is that it's not full mithic but a mixture of epic and legendary elevation pieces, it's not consistent and therefore ugly and incomprehensible, the devs really need to be careful about that.
