    very awesome video. i have the exact same problem. i did not have to rip my fuse box apart though, i figured out how it all is designed using the wiring diagrams ford manual.
    my battery connections were all corroded and now they are all freshened up plus i did the ground.
    i will be also checking this relay to make sure its okay and its connections.
    if + power from the main battery is combined with + power from the auxiliary battery when the key is on then voltage should be great to the running lights.
    the reason for the 5 volts is because the main battery is NOT connecting to the auxiliary battery and the auxiliary battery gets drained.
    where did you get your replacement relay? it looks just like a starter relay but supposedly needs to be rated for continuous duty. and they are expensive.

    great video, I didn't know I had an auxilliary battery thanks, this is probaly why i have no power to the trailer?
