      澳洲有自己的收費,Council Rates應該就等於香港的差餉吧

    請問劉Sir一下,如果我是澳洲CITIZEN在海外,但買一套澳洲物業(因不能自住所以只能放租),理論上不是澳洲稅務居民,那土地稅是會以海外人士個RATE去計算及交嗎?
