They are fast because they have to do with the nfs game engine, the frostbite engine. Basically, they prefer a smaller, lighter car. Lighter and smaller car gets absurd traction and acceleration. You can test it ingame tbh, just buy the golf gti b tier one and compare it to Barracuda pymont with the same stat. You will notice the golf would be faster
Wassup trigger, just wanna say I love this series, just got the game recently and I’ve been looking around for some competitive builds for online to get me in the flow. I do have a recommendation as well, take a look at the Lotus Exige for A or A+ class, in my opinion it has an incredible launch.
I did come by a variety of cars myself while grinding B class challenges and the Beetle will give you a hard time even when you’re using an RSR or the NSX considering it’ll be constantly right behind you (if your car is tuned properly if it isn’t then you’re in trouble) and if you crash it’s over most of the time since it’s one of those cars that is harder to catch up to while being under the radar (unlike the RSR and NSX it’s not that well known in B class) so it’s basically a very dangerous underdog to compete against.
Same size as the RSR so I was expecting it to do well. For some reason, these smaller cars (example: RSR, 76' Golf GTI) are really fast.
