I think losing the pre launch brought the gap closer for auto and manual players for sure. Which is a good thing I love competeive racing I hate blowing ppl out If it's close more fun.

Make sure to change gearbox to 4 speed it comes stock with a 5 speed but both are bronze so make sure to check that

the 1971 nissan is a beast perfect handling and speed for s class
it is rowdy as fuck and uncontrollable unless you micro drift for the tight corners( super super hard to do) or drift in EVERY corner. the developers made the fastest cars in terms of accel and top speed, the hardest to handle for a reason... there are other cars that usually people comment them here( for an intuitive reason...) that are almost as fast but are WAY consistent with the handling...

That 4 speed F40 looks scary on paper already, can't wait to try it out. (I usually don't follow the meta, let alone guides, but that is SPICY)
Do you have a quick explanation on why using different gearbox ? I only ever used 4 speed to drift
4spd F40 has always been the way to go. Most power

I’ve only had one or two people beat me in the F40, I think the *Ferrari 488 GTB* is flat out better(I have 194 top speed which can hit 198/199 and is amazing for every race except On Rails and Hot Pursuit). I think the *Porsche Carrera 2018*(I have a 200 top speed and it handles very well even for short tracks) and the Cayman* (it can get 210 top speed but my personal build is 192 grip), the *Golf GTI 76*(off-road), *McLaren 600* (it has a top speed of 166 but can go 170 easy and it launches HARD) all should’ve had honorable mentions. I love the Cayman and 488 GTB a lot!

yea these here are builds that hold records on solo tracks. when other cars are swirling along(general pvp), that's a whole lot of story that you can even see in alex's races. unless he cuts corners clean to get that roots turbo supercharged burst nitro which is really hard to do, these particular cars are are not that consistent along other racers on a track. on the other hand, these cars are really really hard to handle as in most of them presented as meta on this channel are usually rowdy and will kick back when you need it the most...

We do open lobby playlists all the time.
We get 12-16 people in a lobby often and race all night. Tune into a stream sometime and you'll see the chaos

How come when I do the F40 build it goes straight to S+. I followed every step but in order to make it S, I need to have a BASIC ECU.
You didn't change the transmission or you didn't pick the correct engine

He's right. Bur if you take fuelsystem sport, you'll end at 328 and can still slap in S.

Make sure you are putting in the 4spd transmission

i have a corvette zr1 build that has 1,000 hp idk why the f40 is setting records because my car does a quarter mile in 10 seconds flat
Lol HP is not the whole package. The F40 is a lot lighter and handles better.
@@alexcornnut well the corvette also gets a 1000 ft torque and it’s drifting is probably the sexiest i’ve ever seen but it’s just a personal preference you are the numbers guy after all

I got manhandled by a mclaren 570s spider because this f40 is uncontrollable in corners and rowdy as a grip build... N.B. the mclaren 570s spider seemed to be on my tail all the time too, thus same accel and also i could not catch him once my car became unresponsive in a high speed but normal light cornering, thus when the mclaren passed me , it was gone......
The 570s is mid tier in S Class.

@@alexcornnut as i stressed, i was leading until i needed to make a medium difficutly corner where it understeered so bad thus tunrning on me, because of the RWD and the weird hidden weight of the car(testarossa bears the same sin with your same grip philosophy). it understeers worse than the 911 porche for e.g.. That particular 570, AS I ALSO STRESSED, was on my back all the time and i was barely advancing from it. This makes this F40 mid tier too. The only advantage that this F40 has, and your Skyline 71' too, is the top speed above of 80% of its total speed. Other than that, these are mid af

I think that if you work on your driving skills a bit more you will find the F40 is actually cracked in S class.
@@alexcornnut as i said, when you are driving solo on a track, you can micro drift at ease but when you are with others, the only chance your weighty top speedy meta cars have, is to stay in the back half of the race, then draft and use the roots supercharger to cut an angle as you are showing us every time. The cars that are good at your style of playing, in all tires, usually only have the advantage of top speed and of a very weird hidden weight that helps in short burst nitro cornering BUT makes them boaty and unresponsive in grip turns. The only way to correct a boaty and an unresponsive and a rowdy car is by trying to let go of accel and press handbreak. That's when all your cars are gonna kick back and it's game over. Your only backing is the solo times on some very particular tracks. That doesn't say anything about the reality of the PvP in this game, which is very random and is unpredictable. I started having these kind of thoughts about your crew's builds when i got blastered in your gripium testarrosa A tier by a guy with both mitsubishi GXM and mitsubishi evo lancer ix 2007; blastered as in accel, as in cornering handling and even with the higher BhP i could barely catch back on the straighter lines. These builds on your channel are not metas. Hence random people saying they are making better builds with the same cars tier or that you guys should test x or should test y because they just got blastered buy a guy in another car...

Um. I searched this up to find a better car but my S tier Nidsan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (1993) is better isn’t it? It has 206 mph top speed and 0-60 in 2.9. Am I missing something here??

I have a S+ build its the lotus Exige 2006 it gose 224 (tested) and 0-60 in 2.1 seconds the engine is pro V6 it has elite induction, a elite ecu, elite fuel system, elite exhaust, elite turbo charger, a elite nitrous, elite road suspension, (comes with gold brakes) road tires, a elite clutch, and a pro 6 speed, elite differential, and any auxiliary, for handling its grip is a 25% (optional stirring sensitivity) the dowan for is all the way high, traction controls is on, i do the default drift entry
Disclaimer: these builds are nice but all you need is a good driver otherwise they'll feel like crap

The Vulcan handles really well but just doesnt have the power to be meta.
I'm sorry. Stock motor is the best for the S13. Choose all the mechanical parts like the turbo, fuel injection, manifolds BUT a 4 speed. The power 3rd gear has? I drift a full corner leaving people wondering how the F? If you do this you'll have super powerful car in A+ because S class drifts are so ass

May 2024 update: R8 in just about everything you can. Pretty much each race is 5+ R8's and other cars which stand no chance.

Meta builds were the only way anyone was going to get in the finals.
So yes I would say if you play at a competitive level you do.

I finished building it and got an invite to an S list. So literally never driven it before hand lol. This car is nuts
