II'm sure many of you are self conscious, fearful & anxious about your posture.
You have probably been sold the lie by fitness guru's that unless you fix it, you will be in pain for the rest of your life.
I'm here to tell you this is bullshit. and here's why...
‘Out of whack posture from sitting, using your phone, lifting with ‘poor form’, are all alleged culprits of weakness, pain & other scare tactics used by spuds in the industry.

A question about the mid back extension exercise:
Hyperextension of the back (the last portion of the movement for those who don't know) is not problematic? Or is it load dependant?
It's load dependent, if you gradually build into any exercise it's completely safe
So basically… stretching does nothing fir posture… you need to load more weight than just your body
