I just went to PTR's website and the MSRP for the pistol is $1,899. Can someone explain to me why Brownells is charging more for the pistol?

I'll echo the sentiments of others and this is the case with all these pistol caliber carbines and pistol variants thereof, They are too much money for what they are... This is all second kind of cool without the first kind of cool but I am happy they produced this, But for such a simple firearm there is no way to justify 1769, The H&K MP5 was bought by the US Government for ~500 dollars IIRC.

Brownells needs to to look at what PTR is charging for their products cause there ain’t no way in hell someone is going to pay more for a product from a retailer when the manufacturer sells it cheaper. That’s just plain stupid.

What did they forget about pistol braces? $2,000 for an oversized 9mm H&K clone with not a opening for a pistol brace? Is there in fact a way to put a pistol brace on without doing any major modification to the rear of the firearm? If you can put a pistol brace on it I'm sold.

The price is so damn high for this. I'd rather get the Zenith clone. At least theirs is made on actual HK machines. And it's a couple hundred bucks less
