Declaring war on Serbia before the Balkan wars ended was a mistake for Austria-Hungary as it brought the entire Balkan League against the Central Powers.
Also, Romania not join the Central Powers suprised me since they had a chance to take territory from Bulgaria.

False.The war would hardly go like this.Italy would likely join the Triple Alliance in 1911 bringing the Ottoman Empire on the Entente side and Greece on the Central Powers side
