Everyone has "research all", as provinces in the world have maximum infra, forts, seaforts, radar, airports, airways, anti air and 10 additional of every resource (toolpack can do that part easily), no starting factions. If your pc can handle it "instant construction" and road to 56 would be incredibly

That would make advancing, for any group, just entirely impossible. I think germany may lose when they get declared on by the USSR, simply because they would still be busy trying to break through France
