I am 61 years old and first listened to this song when I was 17, and it is still my favorite song of all time!!
@Spectrum of Eternity Official garbage!
Amazing he can still hit those notes! Saw them every year from 1978- last year 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Hell yea! I'm 51 & still jam to this classic like a 14 year old metalhead back in the glory days! If the hair on back your neck doesn't stand up on this fav well then IDK??? Keep jamming!🤘
I'm 56, and damn, first time I heard this I was around 16, could've been 17, don't recollect, but it has steadfastly remained one of my top 5 songs of all time, and I will tell you I've heard a lot of music. This song is one of the best examples of pure straight ahead heavy fucking metal ever.
Same here but I'm only 55 ! :) This song will never be a "Victim of Changes" alwaays #1 !!
This is one of the greatest metal songs of all time my opinion
....its a good one!!
Indeed!!
Definitely!! This and The Ripper. Rock on! Seen them last October in Pennsylvania. 50 years of rockin!!!
That whole album rocked like no other
I got to see THE PRIEST for the 9th time at 61 years old two years ago. My 24 year old son was with me. A great concert and an unforgettable experience with my son!
At 63 years old....This song and this band is/are the 🐐 GOAT ! I must say.
Always a pleasure for mind & ears.!
Only a handful of younger men can sing like this. And here is the Man Himself a senior citizen showing us all how it’s done. Bravo, gents! Thank you for the music.
Very good album

@Spectrum of Eternity Official hi u
People don't understand how great this song is. In the realm of all time rock epics, I would put this shoulder to shoulder with Stairway, Bo Rap, Child in Time, Still of the Night or Bat out of Hell or Hallowed be thy Name. It absolutely deserves to be recognised...
Child in Time, Hallowed be thy Name and Victim of Changes, the others,,,,,,,,,,,it's just my opinion bro, but i do agree, to some extent,,, lol, have a good one,
check out this performance even better czcams.com/video/CxbzyBtd9FY/video.html
I agree with everything but Whitesnake. They were the first Gretta Van Fleet.
I mean dam just dam. This version is insane. Beyond the Realms of Death is up there as well.
@@mikem9892Damn
Richie Faulkner sparked a fire in this band that brought them back to life in a BIG way.
Where I come from, they say Monster!
Indeed!
Almost unbeleivable he can still sing with that power, knowing how hard it is. My deep respect!
Trust me when I say this...
He is definitely singing effortlessly
@jokrj that's just how he sounds now man
🤘🏻❣️JP❣️🤘🏻
Lance Shepler ...👊🏻🤘🏻
Saw him twice during Firepower. At 69 he still belts it out.
Bass player has had the same moves for 40 years and still bad ass.

That was unbelievable!! My neighbours just heard that song 10 times in a row!!
I’m the ‘master’ of ‘Repeat-Tunes!!😆😆😅
Just pound on the ceiling if you want more.
Almost went deaf at all the JP shows I have been to.
ajajajajaja mine too
Awesome. They will get used to it, or they wont.
This is definitely one of the best live versions of Victims ever recorded. Richie's solo is epic.
Agree
Don't be a fool,KK's solo is fuc k ton better
That solo was a great ode to KK as far as I’m concerned!
@@tyronedonut8336 Yeah if I only could hear what he is playing 😆 this is waaay cleaner and better...
@@alenkikic3531 you don't know anything about cleanliness,KK hits more notes and it's much more of a virtuosic solo,Kk could play this any time he wants but Richie can't his,Wah wah doesn't mean slop
faulkner doing these faces in the guitar solo is the hottest thing ever
i just saw him live and i promise he's somehow hotter irl
Glenn Tipton is arguably the most influential guitarist of our time. And Rob Halford is insane!! They have rocked harder, for longer than anyone, without question. Immortal Metal Gods.
Priest is my favorite group but never got to see them
Love uncle Glenn but that's Tony Iommi.
And Ritchie Faulkner is a monster.
I can agree to an extent but I think in the last 50 years Hendrix, Tipton, EVH, Randy Rhoads and Dimebag are the elite of the elite
wow, robs voice is actually getting better. He was having difficulty 15 years ago. Nice to see hes doing well with his career. The guy is like 70 now. Very impressed
It’s nearly peak sounding. Almost as good as ‘82. 🔥🔥🔥
Exactly what amazed me!!!
Scott Travis grew up in Norfolk and he used to jam in Dave's garage around the block from my house. We used to see him play out at Onstage, the only place to see local metal bands. He went to LA and the rest is history. Got the gig with Priest and bought his mom a house in Va Beach. Love you brother!
He doesn’t get the credit he deserves One of the best drummers out there and probably the best they’ve had in the band
Rob's voice is plain and simple awesome here
Absolutely! Seen them in concert twice. Rob's voice is the BEST!
My fav Judas Priest song! His voice range unbelievable!!!

And wicked 🤘🏽
faulkner gotta be loving being a part of priest now. that's the gig of a lifetime right there.
It aint Priest.
This young guy has it all: playing technique, dressing style, charisma and age! This demon is the new breath of the group
Glenn Tipton is a total badass, always seems so calm and a good person in general. It sucks he suffers from Parkinson's but he will always be a metal legend and my favourite guitarist
C'mon, give KK some love 😸
Faulkner is awesome in this, killer guitarist
Fuckin' A!!
YOUNGSTERS ! I AM 75 AND SAW THEM IN GAINESVILLE FLORIDA WHEN THIS CAME OUT, UNREAL GREAT CONCERT IN A SMALL MOVIE HOUSE, STILL REMEMBER IT WELL, WAS VERY SICK WITH THE FLU. NOTHING IS BETTER THAN A FLYING V AT FULL VOLUME.
🤘🤘horns up to u sir..My Dad is the same age as u and I could never imagine him listening to the mighty Judas Priest..His version of heavy music is Glenn Frey..lol.."umm,yeah,ok Dad,that's enough of the silliness, watch this☝"
I'm 54 I seen him in concert 11 times my favorite song is a green monalisi his green is a color of my wife's eyes because when did day goes to sleep and the full moon looks and then that is so black that the darkness Cooks
I just saw them a couple of weeks ago in Cedar Park with my dad and it was fucking awesome! It was a truly memorable experience for a teenage girl like me. Every song was spot on!🤘
45 years and this song is still rocking hard!!!
Richie Faulkner isn't just living every kid's dream. He actually plays like how we always dreamed we could when we were kids. Been on the lead for 11 years, probably another 11 more before i can reach this. Cheers my good man. Love ya Rich.
This is propably the de facto-example of classic heavy metal, if you think about the structure of it instead of importance. Perfect headbanging song. And Rob's screams make it leap into different level.
Rob's a freaking Superstar!
May agree. Sad wings of Destiny is the first album I listened from Judas Priest thanks to my dad and I was amazed by the quality of the record and that more classical heavy-rock style. I'd say it was my initiation to metal.
@@7CeLsO7 can you recommend any new heavy metal bands that have that 80s sound? I lost hope long time ago and my playlist hasnt changed since early 2000s
MALLEK
Check out the band MALLEK!
I have been a priest fan since I was 11.. ive seen priest 26 times... i miss my KK to tears.. i will say though Richie is damn amazing. He has kept my Priest going and I am soooo thankful to him every day I listen to Priest.. this was one of the best versions of Victim of Changes I've seen live in a long time.. Richie killed it... Robs voice was freaking awesome. I miss seeing Glenn up there its just not the same without the dynamic duo of KK and Glenn. I saw the Firepower tour in DC and Rob sounded amazing. I hope for good things this next tour. I love my boys.. i will love the mighty Priest forever..
Yes, this version smokes !! I’ve seen them 10 times. Once with Ripper and it was pretty good also. He had some chops. 1st time Maiden opened with Oaul DiAnno. Damn I’m old. My favorite was Screaming. No joke . The people went nuts. Setting fire to the auditorium seats in the upper balcony. It was wild. I still get off on some Priest ! Would love to see KK and Glen back up there one more time.
Still the best metal band ever
What city did you see them in?
yeah, this is my first time watching them w/o K.K. and DAMN ! where the F@&K did they find this guy?!? He is a Perfect Fit!
@@kipmcbride9910 Who know's, IF The Priest ever makes it into the HoF, I'm sure they'd be on the same stage again. It's a fucking travesty they're not in the HoF already. Wheoever decides that stuff must be a tree-hugging piece of shit. I mean L.L. Cool Jay, SEROUSLY?????
Ritchie Faulkner is incredible, he doesn't get the credit he deserves, I love him with Priest
He way better than KK definitely
I'm 71 and KNOW that Priest are the kings of HM ...
I was playing tons of Priest songs back in 1985 as a guitarist in a band I'm 55 now and still jam to Priest. Never, ever gets old - it's timeless!!
A blast from 1976, and still one of the heaviest riffs in metal!
great year that, US bicentennial celebration, they had a train tour with that, wonder what happened to the train, probably scrapped by now
Ladies and gentlemen...Judas Priest 🤟🇮🇹
Hell yeah 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘☮️

Unleashed in the east. Best live album ever

I love Glenn Tipton and his red leather pants forever!!!!
That guitar of his is iconic too. 🤘
Going to celebrate my 63th birthday tomorrow. Holy shit, they still rock, feeling much younger at the moment😉😀

I am a hetro man, have been listening to you for over 30 years , the best heavy metal band band in the world🤘
You can't tell me that Judas Priest is not one of the all time greatest metal bands. I've been rocking with them since '81
@Mark_Metal Right on!
@Mark_Metal Big Dio fan also.
@Mark_Metal What about new music? Tool anyone? Chevelle?
Judas Priest is the world best melodic heavy metal band in the world.
69 year's... Rob's voice is very powerful. best live video in recent years
There's a reason why we call him "The Metal God"
R. Halford is one of the rare/elite voices that can carry two tones/notes at once, typically an octave apart. Very interesting how this occurs. ROB RULES!
One of the best drummers ever born. Love you Scott.
Scott Travis grew up in Norfolk VA. He played in various bands at Onstage, a metal bar in Norfolk. A guy around the block from my house won the lottery and, though he couldn't play an instrument, bought a lot of musical equipment including a killer drum set. Local bangers, including Scott, would jam in the garage. Priest was his favorite band. He moved to LA and played in bands like Racer X. He was invited to audition and got the gig! One of the first things he did was buy his mom a house in Va Beach. He's a great drummer and a nice guy. And really tall!
Good God Rob. This is a prime example of why he is The Metal God. Unbelievable!
Halford shall be remembered as the best metal singer in the history on mankind, past, present, and future.

it's a milestone of rock...⚡🎸
Rob is such a master vocalist that he doesn't become the "Victim Of Changes" as he grows older. He evolves his tone to the songs he's sang for decades masterfully"
That's the shit words never rang truer except the bible
GOD BLESS JUDAS PRIEST
The otherworldly scream may be gone...but that voice! Richie KILLED it on KK's solo too.
It's bands like Priest that keep that classic metal sound alive. Richie Faulkner is badass!
How can anyone give this a thumbs down??????
Amazing live performance from JP
why you ask and they delivered the goods yea one of my favzzzz but so many more

Здравствуйте, народ Социалистической Республики Сиэтл
While buying a ticket for Priest's concert in Kyiv, I was upset that no guitarists from the original squad would perform there. However, Ritchie's solo here leads me to believe it would be an amazing performance. Long live and keep on rocking, Judas Priest!! 🤟🤟🤟 Looking forward to see you live next June
Priest is still amazing
except the bass player, of course
Unfortunately, the Kyiv show did not happen due to the full-scale Russian invasion 4 months prior to that. Time flies and the war is still raging on, who knows if Judas Priest will still be touring when the peace returns to Ukraine. And definitely a lot of metalheads will not have a chance to see this as they became victims of these deathbringing changes. RIP
I was smoking weed and listening to jp when I was 13 years old in 1980 it was the the rockinest band and still is
I'm 70 and I go to sleep listening to his music almost every night
I was at two of the Epitaph concerts. I can't think of money better spent.
Defenders of the Faith your, feel the same way
One of the best Epitaph Setlist songs
Best song painkiller electric yes victim of change and jawbreaker
Ritchie , absolutely the best fit for priest
Seriously! It is absolutely amazing that Rob Halford can still hit those high notes! I first heard this song on the "Unleashed" album back in 1981. 40 years later, amazing!

Honestly everything about this just tells you that Priest is, and have been the leaders in true "Heavy Metal" . We all change and grow older. Time never stops, embrace change. Because it fucking comes without your consent.
Ritchie and Glenn shredding us into the unseen realm !!1!!1
The best HEAVY metal band of all time! Thank you you for letting me go back in time!! Judas Priest FOREVER
Gravy metal? I think you were using swipe typing
Black Sabbath may disagree...
Been a priest fan since 77' they are still in my mind the best metal band to have emerged from England. Robs vocal has matured with subtle changes to enable him to perform as he still does.
Way back when they had the old logo. Were you aware of bands like Iron Maiden and Diamond head at the time? 74-78 Best priest era. So moody.

Damn Faulkner nailed that solo !!! I like that he stayed in the spirit of it, but added a few licks of his own. Nice !!!
I am 56 years old and I heard this song for the first time in my life when I was 56 years old.
I am 61 and this is the first time I ever heard this song in its entirety and love it!
Me too also 61
Love this song, making a Judas priest video & listening to songs to talk about.
I first heard this in 1989, now 51 & been a fan since 1986
Took my 19 year old son to see them. He thought they were amazing! Couldn't believe all that sound came out of that ," old guy!" His words, I'm 61 and still love them! Took him to Sammy Hagar recently and same reaction, loves the way these old guys still ROCK!
I'm blown away. Priest is a gift to mankind.
I had a boss in San Diego who said Rob Halford was a neighbor (he has a house out there). He only had the nicest things to say about him; polite, courteous. Apparently his partner wears a hoodie and walks in the front row the the stage with the lyrics to the songs incase he forgets. A lot of songs were made over 50+ years lol
I've always been a Priest fan but these new band members have brought the band to a whole new level and Rob has only gotten better. ✨
Absolutely!
45 years and i still love this song .
that's number 45age rocking
wth this faulkner, could there be a better replacement? i dont think so
No way , Judas Priest only choose the Best...

He’s Fuckin awesome 🤘
Richie is also very down-to-earth and friendly. He is the opposite of being stuck up, and he respects the legends! I LOVE the guy!
Exactly, he even looks like a younger K. K. Downing lol
Immortal Metal Classic by the GOAT: Judas Freaking Priest!!!
Best song of all time nothing can beat this Judas Priest has been one of my favorite bands since I was about eight years old it started off with me listening to old classic songs like breaking the law and eventually I got into this song and it’s now my favorite song of all time Rob Halford if you see this comment please comment on it cause I would really love to hear from you I seen your concert in Ohio a little bit ago thank you
8:37 Props to the drummer: Scott Travis
I never understood why this album was so overlooked, easily my favorite Priest album by far! I had the nurses put this on while I was having high dose radiation treatments for a brain tumor. None of them could understand how I could relax to such music, guess if your not a Head; you just don't get it!
Word. Metal for breakfast. Metal for lunch. Metal for relaxing. Metal for partying. Metal on metal is what I crave
Judas priest played at our end of term 'Disco' at school, back in 75 0r 76. Arrived in a Transit van. They were great then and gone to even greater things now
There is no metal band bigger on the face of the entire earth. Priest rule as the ultimate metal GOD.
Never knew I would see Ritchie pull this one off too.
Truly earned my Respect as replacement for KK Downing.
He seems like he was born for this.
Not only does he have the technical ability, but the compositional and songwriting ability as well. According to the other band members, we have Ritchie to thank for for how well Firepower was put together, the riffs, the melodies, the song structures and most of the solos. And I personally place Firepower at the top 3 of best Priest albums.
I still think very few can grind an axe like KK..... He was GREAT!!!
Richie got big improvement compared to beginning.
Ritchie is a beast!! He is the perfect fit for KK’s replacement, and he absolutely slays. Wow.
I mean, what can be said that hasn't been already? Actually got goosebumps from this performance. Not just the utterly mesmerising vocals but the song in general sounds so awesome here!
It's their crem de la creme of live songs. I've seen it performed live a few times and it's always the crowd slayer. Top live song of any band of all time
Palace theater Albany NY, 1981 will never forget that show.
If Judas Priest closes their Hall of Fame induction ceremony set with this song, they will steal the show.
Hey Dude, I too am 61 years old and first listened to this song when I was 17, and it is still my favorite song of all time!! 🎸
Rob like always just nails it!
Been a priest fan since 78, they did a 5$ concert here at the coliseum in Phoenix. Seen rob numerous times get up and play with surgical steel, the work he did with fight was almost a cut above all he’s done with priest since. Two and Halford hold there own as well-

How in the Hell is Rob THAT GOOD....that old and THAT freaking GOOD....absolutely AMAZING.
Richie Faulkner is nothing short of incredible, a once in a generation guitarist!!

The best live version of this song IMO
The best was in 06 when KK was still there and Glenn did his solo with the crowd too.
This band is victim of changes, but they kept it together and continue to melt the face off of metal heads every where.
Richies solo was a religious experience, fucking nailed it. And you know its awesome when it gets the Rob Halford seal of approval.
