It was...except at the weekends when it was happily busy with the locals enjoying themselves!

My wife and I have been to Liquillo three or four times and always stayed at Liquillo Sunrise Beach Hotel. We love frequenting the Kioskos as well! Liquillo is a great location for a couple of days before we head over to Vieques. We love the Bio Bay too, we do the tour just about every time we go.
