Ye i stopped using capcut website for removing bg a long time ago, theres a way better and faster website to remove bg, its called removebg.com

use ease out graph, to go to graphs click on the clip then click on alt + K, click on keyframe then graphs then use any ease out u want, also if u put keyframe closer together it will also be faster
