    @ 3:15 - Good advice!
Running a DK6010SE (and LOVE IT!)
Reason I had the "Puff of smoke with thermometer" was I had been idling the tractor to warm it up for a long time as I filled the diesel...
I was clearing some light snow, and wasn't planning on running it for a while, but I decided to run up the RPM's to 2000-2500, cleared the driveway and then pushed some piles back to kill to birds with one stone.
By the time I was stopped at the garage door to take a garbage can down to the street, had thrown on the parking break, I noticed the "puff of smoke with thermometer" light disappeared - AWESOME!
Thanks for making this video to help reassure what I assumed was happening.
P.S. You can definitely smell that recirc happening! I suppose this makes sense given the stainless particulate case was probably red / purple hot!

I wish I could get 32 hours between regens the longest it's gone was when I first got it, went 42 hrs and has been down hill ever since along with a list of other things and my dealership seems to be useless they have taken it back to the shop 6 times and not fixed it yet and they have had it now for 2 wks and have no idea when I will get it back and I doubt it will be fixed,we bought new so we wouldn't have the headache of buying used what a mistake

@@elwinsmead5691 Wow, sorry to hear these issues.
Try a different dealership for warranty and repair work. Its not the length of time for repairs thats a concern here, but the number of times you keep bring it back. Overall, most tractor dealers try to provide good service, but unfortunately some dealers just struggle to make competent repairs.
A decrease in time between regens means your not running at high enough RPM's or your injectors or not performing properly. And just imagine how serious it becomes if you have both issues at same time.

I run this tractor between 2000 & 2300 rpm most of the work I do involves the bucket and my backhoe but this tractor will regen and I will let it run its course and I have had it regen 20 min's later been doing this since new. I get about 4-5 hrs most times between regens and my tractor has no power when it does regen

If the code reader from AutoZone will not give the correct codes off of the code reader why doesn't coyote sell a code reader for the end-user to pull the codes? After all we paid tens of thousands of dollars for the tractor but you're not going to let us read the codes to find out what's wrong with the tractor? Are you really selling us the tractor or just renting the tractor. When my warranty runs out if I cannot read the codes to find out what's wrong with the tractor I plan on hiring an attorney to sue your ass because I paid over $25,000 for a tractor and you're not going to let me read my own codes? Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me
