I know the video is old so are all the comments. I am surprised however how many people commented about the paper being a cement paper. It's not a cement paper. Maize is sold in paper bags and this paper is exactly what he is using to wrap ntaba.

It's kinda easier to peel the onion before slice it up...and that paper release chemical taint on the food when under heat. Compared with some other African countries, it's missing basic principles that others have.
