Excellent explanation Sir. As you said, there is always an easy way to a complicated problem. I am a strong believer in that. Delta is a difficult thing to explain but you have changed the way to look at it using correlation coefficient. Also you gave the guru mantra to on how to use it. Keep up the good work. Please create attractive thumbnail, you can use free thumbnail creating apps like Canva. Could you please create a video on far out of the option buying when the VIX is low with long expiry ? What would be the changes when VIX will go higher ?

Thank you so much for kindly responding to my request. Regarding long-term expiry options: For example, the VIX is low now. Suppose I buy options with a strike price of 26,000 or 27,000 expiring in December 2024, and Nifty hits 26,000 in 2-3 months. Isn't it worth taking the risk of buying? What if Nifty hits 26,000 in 2-3 months with a high VIX due to political or economic conditions? Would the premium skyrocket?

In India specific cases, assuming you have liquidity in LEAPs (long tenure options) the premiums will be exorbitantly high. A video on somewhat similar lines is in the works though. All the best 👍
