Plain rice is only good when you have a crazy flavourful main course. Also, the better rice cookers are basically instant pots, so they are very versatile with recipes. Once you learn how to make risotto you'll be addicted to Arborio rice.
Lovely video with a lot of great ideas in a short amount of time. I have to shudder a bit at your definition of a pinch though. My poor old granny would turn over in her grave. lol If you want to throw in a few tablespoons of salt, more power to ya, but please don’t call it a pinch.
