Two days later, I felt into a heavy depression, is that normal?
This is really nice, I love the sound of your voice. However, I could not finish the tape because the sticky sounds made by the parting of your lips drive me crazy (I have an auditory processing disorder called misophonia and this is one of my trigger sounds). I realize it's a lot to ask that you find a way to filter these sounds out or not make them as much, but maybe you could put on a background track with some kind of ambient music?
+Natalie Hebin I have misophonia too so I very much understand. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do. I have a few videos that have background music that might be useful for you eg The Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis.
you could try audacity (with the noise removal tool) but you'd have to listen through to find one of the cases for it to work

I stopped after you said to forgive yourself for all bla bla bla, about 16 minutes in, just less, I think that is a dangerous message for someone with a real problem. I only want to chill my mind not change it.
