“I’ve worked with the Null-ARCs before. Their skill set included mine, but they were a bunch of lone wolves. They helped us break a massive Confederate fortress on some dreary planet in the outer rim along with the 212th Attack Battalion in the earlier stages in the war. They simply led this incredibly risky air assault and managed to destroy a column of tanks, and the central main power generator of the fortress, with the support of that 2nd Airborne Company. I was in charge of a few AT-RTs. We were supporting a push of infantry, and when the droids lost their generators, they fell back to support the security forces and heavy guns and defenses, and didn’t shoot back at us. Either way, they were crucial to winning back that world, whatever its name was.”

The view of the Kaminoans was in fact kind of true. The perfect solider has to be controllable so the tacticians can command them effectively. Big battle plans fall apart if the soliders aren’t following their commands.
