how do people stand using cooking spray when it just cooks into an unremovable brown sludge on whatever pan you use it on? it's essentially 'seasoning' it, except it's decidedly 'stick' rather than nonstick.
IDK about that martini he made, but The Botanist is my go to for gin and tonic. Shame I don't see it more in bars.
