The belted high notes are much more impressive than the 1 second ones. The Avril and Zayne clips are the type of clips I was wanting to hear.
Another great one is Kelly Clarkson singing Natural Woman on American Idol when she was a contestant. I have that moment on VHS tape somewhere because I used to record the show to watch later. That was my favorite moment from season 1! Then of course you have Ariana Grande and Mariah Carey doing their whistle notes.
Seiferboy Gaming Ariana's was head voice. Not that she cannot whistle but the note shown here was achived via head voice.

The note was a falsetto and also fun fact, it was sharp lol, now she can sing to C7, but there was also a the way performance where she lipped the F6, but actually whistled a G#6!
@loulou boys exactly, I wish they'd used more recent clips. Ariana is amazing now and can go really high, that clip was from 2013 I think.
The perform of “What A Girl Wants” by Christina Aguilera was in Caracas, Venezuela, in a series of shows called “Caracas Pop Festival”, I was there. I had 15 years old and see perform and sing all LIVE a young Christina (she was promoting “Mi Reflejo” her Spanish album) was AWESOME 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Britney's highest live sung note Is A#5 in falsetto. So you are indeed right Georgina. For someone who some dont deem a vocalize, Britney has a large range. I've noticed she has sung G2-A#5 live

We're talking live vocals here. Those are lip synced. And she doesn't have a large range. Most of her vocals are from the studio which are heavily autotuned or otherwise modified.
Alex not true, there’s numerous Britney un edited recordings, for example ‘toxic’, she sounds even better without enhancements (which all singers use btw), but you tried it 😁

Mariah, Whitney, and Celine take the cake for me. You can tell the quality of their sound when you compare these clips in a compilation like this. They were from a time when there was no auto-tune and you actually had to work on and maintain a solid live vocal.

Ugh the kelly clarkson natural woman performance is such an awesome throwback. That performance was her breakout on American idol
Perrie and Jade are so much more capable of going higher, jade has hit multiple C6's in the past and has D6 in one of their newest songs which she has performed live! And I believe Perrie's highest note is either D6 or E6 when she is singing phantom of the opera so I think your right, these aren't these singers highest notes but they are still all good! great reaction!

They stated in their desc that the notes are pfficial live performances, no backstage, no pics, fan videos etc... tour ones do not count afaik... they also said that they need to be properly hit, with good technique, no screaming and considering you put someone like bebe rexha at the top of 6th octave, when she overpushes bb4s makes me think that her notes hit the requirements.
Mariah being the last and has highest voice. Take note jessi j and rihanna both sang a Mariah Carey song. Then that's a LEGEND.🥰🥰

I used to think she can't sing(even Simon Cowell, a terrible judge, said her voice is terrible) until I saw her performance of phantom of the opera and a few of her x factor performances and I must say that I'm so blown away with her voice.

This is a really bad compilation. Most of those notes aren't their 'highest notes ever'. For example Britney has a video hitting A5 with head voice, she sounds pretty nice there. Dua hits multiple G#5's in her song 'Scared to be lonely'. I have a video of Sia hitting a C6 live. Jessie J can whistle, so she has higher notes. Avril definitely has higher notes (I don't follow her live performances that much, but as she can sustain a belted F#5 it's obvious she can go higher). Anyway, it's not your fault, nice video, but I'd like people stopping making compilations without doing a proper research.

I watched an interview with Mariah and she said that to her it sounds better being so high. Gives it more of a climax and gives excitement. I know that with Emotions, I’ve usually seen her take it down a few half steps for live concerts. Personally, the songs I make for myself are in my lower chest register lol. I’m glad you said something about it not being the singers highest notes, I’ve seen videos of most of these singers singing higher.

Mariah’s highest note is a F#8
IM_N she posted on her Instagram last year when she was swimming with dolphins she hit a F#8. However Mariah herself messed up the octave saying it was F#7, but if you check with a tuner or pitch detector It’ll show you F#8
Probably before your time but I remember a fantastic singer from the 70's called "Amii Stewart" who had an awesome voice that could really hit those high notes as well. She had a couple of hits in The UK , the most famous one being "Knock On Wood"

Its not Nicki Minajs highest note. Her highest belt is Eb5 or D5. But her highest note is G6 (screaming) but her highest falsetto is G#5 or A5 I think. Christina’s highest is A6 this one is F#6 (H9). Bebe Rexhas is Eb6, Arianas highest is C7.
