You can just tell when people donât know what theyâre talking about with whatâs happening with Chelsea. Poch played this system all preseason and I genuinely watched every game & was blown away with how we were playing against top sides. Then all of a sudden changed it Gameweek 1 and we havenât seen it since. Then he plays a system that puts your best deep lying midfield players (Enzo, Caicedo) in constant conflict whenever we lose the ball or fail to counter press. Of course they looked poor they had to cover about 50 yards of space between the 2 of them. Enzo and Caicedo when played properly have been good this season. Not just today like Redknapp is insinuating with Caicedo. Caicedo has been on a run of about 7-8 games where heâs been immense in midfield. Enzo unfortunate to get injured but heâs been robbed of so many assists this season itâs actually criminal. Then the second we start to play the formation and style we play in preseason all of sudden the distances between the lines arenât Grand Canyon sized, we can press effectively, & weâre scoring and winning games. Glad heâs figured it out but that tactical change should have happened WAY sooner compared to when it finally did. That being said Poch should 1000% be here next season the squad loves him and if he keeps the system as is and drop in Reece, Gusto, Nkuku, Lavia, Chukweumeka, and some more experience the sky is the limit for this team.

Chelsea fully deserved the three points . Spurs were beaten by a better team. Poch is a top Coach and he will rebuild Chelsea . Iâm not a supporter but the ownership would be bonkers to change Managers in the summer.

Considering they have at least ten players injured , Pochettino, in his first season, with a bunch of players he had little involvement in purchasing, is steadily finding ways to improve the team. If you are a supporter of Chelsea I would suggest you keep your powder dry. Poch might just surprise to the upside next season . He was shockingly bad this season. We lost to City and Liverpool because of his tactics and poor decision making. He played players in wrong positions since day 1. Pochettino needs to go. Winning against Spurs means nothing. We always beat them.

I really appreciate for pochetino this season. I don't think the injuries have helped him, but Enzo has been a more difficult problem to manage. Technically, Enzo is brilliant, but he plays for himself, doesn't play along with the team. On top of that, he's not Mobile enough. Caicedo is exposed anytime he plays along Enzo, coz Enzo lack legs. Another important factor in this team is Madueke coming to form, he has really improved this season. Pochetino deserves another season, but from the way he talks, he knows the management are trying to sack him, which is a big shame

Chelsea play to the level of the competition. That needs to change with respect to trans down towards the bottom of the table.
Spurs look a tad tired both mentally and physically which isn't so surprising considering the type of high octane football they have played this season while learning a whole new system of playing. It can take a toll.
